Stop the engine, disconnect Amazon, or close your account
The three levels of switching Autron off — pausing the ad engine on one product or all of them, removing Autron's access to your Amazon account, and deleting your account — and what each one leaves running.
TL;DR: Stopping the engine stops Autron changing your campaigns; it does not pause them. Switch off one product on its row in Goals, or press Stop ad engine for all of them. To cut Autron off entirely, revoke its access on Amazon's side; to delete your account, email hello@autron.ai.
Stop the engine, keep the account
On Goals, switch off a single product on its row, or press Stop ad engine at the top of the page to stop it everywhere. Your targets are kept, so starting again later is one press.
Your campaigns stay exactly as they are. Stopping the engine stops the changes — bids, budgets, keywords, negatives — it does not pause your ads. If you want the campaigns off too, pause them in Amazon Ads or ask the agent: "pause every campaign in the Autron AI portfolio".
This is also how to make a manual change stick: switch the product off first, then set the bid. A bid changed by hand on a product the engine is running is moved back toward your target on its next pass — unless you set it through the agent, which claims it for seven days. See Manage goals.
Cancel a paid plan
Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then drop to the free plan. Nothing is deleted. See Credits and pricing.
Remove Autron's access to Amazon
Access is granted on Amazon's side, so that is where it is revoked:
- Amazon Ads: in the advertising console, under account access, remove Autron from the users and apps that can reach the profile.
- Seller Central: Apps and Services → Manage your apps, then revoke Autron.
Once revoked, Autron stops seeing the account at all — no reporting, no agent answers about it, and the engine stops with it. Settings → Connections shows the seller as needing reconnection. Nothing you set up in Autron is deleted; reconnecting restores it.
Delete your account and data
Email hello@autron.ai from the address you sign in with and say which company or seller accounts it covers. There is no self-serve delete. Revoke Amazon access first if you want to be certain nothing is read in the meantime.
