How to get help
Where to look when something is unclear: search this help center, ask your agent — it reads these pages and your account — and, for billing, refunds or account deletion, write to the team.
TL;DR: Search here first, then ask your agent — in the app, by email, or in Slack. It reads this help center and your live account, so it answers with your numbers. The team steps in for billing, refunds, account deletion, and anything the agent says it cannot do.
Search this help center
The pages here are short and current, and the search box on the help center home finds them by title, summary or heading. Each collection page groups the articles for one part of the product, and every article links to its neighbours at the bottom.
Ask the agent
Most questions — how something works, why a number looks the way it does, what the engine did on a product — are best asked in the app. The agent reads these pages as well as your live account, so it answers "why is my ACoS up this week?" with your numbers rather than a generic paragraph.
- In the app: agent.autron.ai — start a new chat.
- By email: every account has its own agent address. Find yours under Settings → Integrations and write to it, or copy it into a thread. See Email your agent.
- In Slack: mention or message it once connected. See Connect Slack.
If it cannot do something — a tool that fails, an Amazon error it cannot work around — it says so rather than retrying quietly, and tells you what to do next.
Before you write to anyone
Two things that save a round trip:
- Check the home page. If Amazon needs reconnecting or your data is still syncing, the home page says so at the top, and both usually resolve themselves — see Amazon needs to be reconnected and Data still syncing.
- Ask the agent what it did. "What has the engine changed on this product this week?" and the Action log answer most "why did this happen" questions directly.
When it needs a person
Some things are the team's to do, and for those email hello@autron.ai from the address you sign in with, naming the seller account if it concerns one:
- billing questions, invoices and refunds
- deleting your account and its data — there is no self-serve delete; see Stop the engine or disconnect Autron
- changing your company name (Settings → Company shows the company reference to quote)
- anything the agent has told you it cannot resolve
