Signing in and account access

How sign-in works — Google or an emailed link, a password only if you set one — what to do when a link has expired or you land in an empty workspace, and where to change your details.

TL;DR: Sign in at agent.autron.ai/start with Google or by entering your email for a sign-in link, using the email your account was created with. A link expires quickly — request a new one. If you see an empty workspace with no Amazon connection, you signed up separately instead of accepting your team's invitation.

Signing in

Go to agent.autron.ai/start. Continue with Google, or enter your email and open the sign-in link we send. A password only exists if you chose to set one; Settings → Account shows which method your account uses.

Use the email address the account was created with. Signing in with Google on a different address creates a different account.

Common problems

  • "This link has expired." Sign-in links are single-use and time-limited. Go back to /start and request a new one; check spam if it has not arrived within a minute.
  • Forgot your password. agent.autron.ai/forgot-password sends a reset link — or sign in with the emailed link instead.
  • You land in an empty workspace with no Amazon connection. You signed up fresh instead of accepting an invitation, which creates a second workspace of your own. Ask your colleague or agency to resend the invitation from Settings → Members and open it — or email hello@autron.ai and the team will move you.
  • The old dashboard address. app.autron.ai sign-in still works for accounts that use it; new accounts sign in at agent.autron.ai.

Adding colleagues

Settings → Members — invite by email. They get a link that puts them in your workspace with the Amazon connections already in place. Never have them sign up separately. See Invite your team.

Changing your details

  • Your name, phone, avatar or password: Settings → Account.
  • Company name: shown under Settings → Company, which also shows your company reference. Changing the name is done by the team — email hello@autron.ai.
