Your profile, company and billing settings
Where each setting lives — Settings → Account for your profile and sign-in, Settings → Company for the business, Settings → Billing for your plan, credits, payment method and invoices.
TL;DR: Settings → Account is you: name, avatar, phone, sign-in method. Settings → Company is the business, shared by everyone in it. Settings → Billing is your plan, credit balance, payment method and invoices; changes there take effect immediately.
Settings → Account
Your profile and sign-in details:
- Name — appears in the app and on reports the agent sends.
- Avatar — shown next to your name in the sidebar (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 2 MB).
- Phone — saved in international format, with the country code.
- Sign-in — shows whether you sign in with Google or with a password, and lets you set one.
Settings → Company
The company this account belongs to. Sellers, members, billing and credits are shared across everyone in it — an agency is one company with many sellers; a brand with three people is one company with one seller.
The page shows your company reference; quote it when writing to the team. Changing the company name is done by the team: email hello@autron.ai.

- Credits card — your balance, the period allowance, when it resets, and Buy credits for a one-time top-up.
- Subscription card — your plan, the next invoice (or the cancellation date), and the buttons to upgrade, cancel or resubscribe. Changes take effect immediately; a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
- Open billing portal — Stripe's portal for your payment method, invoice history and receipts.
Invoices carry the company's details. Credits and pricing explains how each plan and top-up behaves; Plans compares them.
Who can change what
Anyone in the company can use the agent and see its sellers. Billing changes are made by whoever holds the payment method; if another account in your company pays for this one, Settings → Billing says so. See Invite your team.
