One routine, every workspace
Pick several workspaces on a routine, or Company-wide, and it runs on each as one install you edit in one place. You get one email when a workspace needs you, and none when everything ran fine.
If you're an admin and your company has more than one workspace, every routine has a Workspaces field. Pick the workspaces it should run on, or Company-wide for every one including those you connect later. Amazon and Walmart workspaces can share an install, and on Walmart it runs as a Walmart routine. Playbooks install the same way from the Playbook tab, starting on the workspace you have open; they run on Amazon only. If the admin who set up an install leaves your company, it moves to the admin who removed them, so it keeps running.
