Automate review requests

Reviews lift conversion, and conversion is what makes the ad spend you are already paying for work harder. Asking for them by hand, order by order, is the job nobody keeps up with.

What it does

Autron asks Amazon to invite a review after every eligible order — the official request Amazon offers in Seller Central, sent automatically once the order is delivered. Amazon writes the message; Autron only triggers it.

• One request per eligible order, sent after delivery.
• Refunds and cancellations are skipped, so you never chase a bad review.
• Every order is traceable. The activity view lists what was sent, searchable by order number, with a running count for the last 30 days.
• It applies to orders delivered after you turn it on. Nothing is sent for earlier orders.

Turning it on

1. Open Settings → Automations.
2. Pick the workspace and switch review requests on. It applies to the marketplaces that are on for that seller.
3. Orders appear in the activity list once they are delivered and a request has gone out.

There is nothing to schedule and no template to write. Switch it off the same way; requests already sent are unaffected.

Included with

The Agent plan and Pro. Accounts that still use the older dashboard and had review automation there keep it — it is the same switch. On the free plan the page shows what it does and offers the upgrade.
