# Your agent remembers

The agent now remembers what you tell it that no report holds, such as a preference, a decision and its reason, or a launch date, and uses it in every chat after. Settings › Memory shows all of it, to edit or forget.

When you state a preference, correct the agent, tell it a business fact it can't look up or agree a decision, it saves a short memory and says so in one line. It never stores figures such as spend or bids, which it reads fresh every time, and it checks your live data before acting on a memory. Memories are kept per seller and marketplace, so a note about one country isn't used in another. Edit or forget any of them in Settings › Memory, or set memory to need approval, or turn it off, in Agent permissions.

It can also look back. Ask what you agreed last time and it finds the conversation and says when it was. To search yourself, press **⌘K** (**Ctrl+K** on Windows) or the magnifier at the top of your chat list: it searches the words of your own chats, routine runs and email, Slack and WhatsApp threads, never a teammate's.
