### What's the difference between Agent and Pro?

Autron is one product with three plans, and each plan includes everything in the one before it. Free gives you the agent: chat with your Amazon ads and seller data for insights, opportunities, and ad-account actions. Agent, from $50/mo, adds more usage, your own routines and our playbooks. Pro, at $150/mo plus a small share of Autron-attributed ad sales, adds the ad engine, which runs your campaigns 24/7. Pro includes 500 agent credits a month. Start on any plan, and move up when you're ready to delegate.

### How do Agent credits work?

Agent runs on credits. The free plan refills 5 credits a day and holds up to 30 — enough to explore your account indefinitely. Paid plans include a monthly allowance, from 200 up to 10,000 credits starting at $50/mo; each message spends credits based on how much work it involves. If you run low, you can move to a larger pack mid-month — we charge only the prorated difference and add the new allowance right away. Cancel anytime.

### Do you offer a free trial?

Not a timed one. The Free plan gives you 5 credits a day, with no card required. It has no end date, so you can use it for as long as you like before upgrading. Pro is paid from day one, at $150/mo plus a small share of Autron-attributed ad sales. Cancel any time from Settings.

### Are you an agency?

We're not an agency. We build software. Every plan includes an AI agent you direct for your ad and sales data. Pro adds the ad engine, which automates your Amazon ad campaigns.

### What type of Amazon sellers do you support?

We currently support FBA and FBM only and do not yet support KDP sellers. If you're a vendor, feel free to register your interest at hello@autron.ai, and we'll explore adding support in the future.

### Can I cancel at any time?

Sure. Cancel any time from Settings in your Autron account — your plan stops there and then.

### What payment forms do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as ACH.

### What is your refund policy?

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable. The free plan has no end date, so take as long as you need before upgrading, and you can cancel a paid plan any time from Settings. If a technical fault on our side stops you using the service right after your first charge, tell us promptly — where we can verify the fault was ours, we'll make it right, which can include a refund. The details are in our Terms.

### Which marketplaces do you support?

Pro's ad engine supports the United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands and Australia fully, with partial compatibility in India, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, and Brazil. The agent, on every plan, works wherever your Amazon Ads and Selling Partner data is available — practically the same set.
