# Autron — full reference for LLMs and agents > Autron is an AI-driven Amazon advertising platform for sellers. Autron Pro is a fully-managed automation engine that runs bids, placements, dayparting, negative-keyword harvesting and campaign creation against your goal, priced on the ad sales it generates. Autron Agent is a conversational AI ($50/mo) over your full Amazon Ads and Selling Partner data that explains your account and takes actions, including inside Claude and ChatGPT. This is the inline-content companion to /llms.txt. It carries the product, the free tools and the comparison content in full, plus a summary of every article. For the complete text of a single article, fetch its page. ## What Autron is Autron is an AI-driven Amazon advertising platform for sellers. Two products: - **Autron Pro** (from $150/mo + a commission on the ad sales it generates, Agent included): a fully-managed automation engine that runs bids, placements, dayparting, negative-keyword harvesting and campaign creation against a goal you set. It optimises continuously rather than on a weekly manual cadence. - **Autron Agent** (free tier; paid from $50/mo): a conversational AI analyst over your full Amazon Ads and Selling Partner data. It explains what is happening in your account in plain language and can take actions — in chat, changes only happen when you approve them, and every write lands in an action log. It works on the web, inside Claude and ChatGPT (MCP connector), and unattended via scheduled Routines. Who it is for: Amazon sellers and agencies who want their advertising optimised toward a profit or growth goal without managing bids by hand. ## Product pages ### Autron Agent — https://autron.ai/agent A conversational AI analyst for Amazon advertising. Ask it about wasted spend, search-term performance, dayparting patterns, or campaign structure and it answers from your live data; it can also act — creating and updating goals, managing bids and placements, uploading product costs in bulk, and kicking off optimizations. In chat, changes only happen when you approve them, and every write is recorded in an action log. Key capabilities: - **Routines** — saved prompts the agent runs unattended, on a schedule or fired by a webhook from your own systems. Results are delivered in-app and, optionally, as an email digest, a Slack message, a WhatsApp message, or a signed webhook to an endpoint you control. The email digest is conversational: reply to it and the agent answers in the same thread with live account context (changes to the account still require your approval in the app). - **Skills** — your house rules ("our ACoS bands, our bid-step limits") written once and included in any message with "/", so the agent works the way your team does. - **Connectors** — the same agent is available inside Claude and ChatGPT via MCP connector, with your Amazon data and tools attached. - **Free tier** — 5 credits a day, no card required; paid plans from $50/mo. ### Pricing — https://autron.ai/pricing Free tier (the tools and audit below), Agent (from $50/mo), and Pro (from $150/mo plus a commission charged only on the incremental ad sales Autron generates). ### About — https://autron.ai/about Who Autron is and how the platform approaches goal-based ad automation. ## Free tools All of these run entirely in the visitor's browser. Nothing is uploaded, and the data is read-only — close the tab and it is gone. Each tool page is server-rendered, so its full explainer, FAQ and instructions are in the HTML. ### Break-even ACoS calculator — https://autron.ai/tools/acos-calculator Inputs: sale price, unit cost (COGS), Amazon referral % (default 15%), FBA/fulfilment fee, other per-unit cost (optional). Output: break-even ACoS (the pre-ad profit margin as a % of price — the most you can spend per ad sale before it loses money) and a target ACoS for a net margin you choose. Formula: break-even ACoS = pre-ad unit profit ÷ sale price. Target ACoS = break-even ACoS − desired net margin %. ### Profit & TACoS calculator — https://autron.ai/tools/amazon-ppc-profit-calculator Inputs: monthly revenue, ad spend, COGS (% of revenue), Amazon fees (% of revenue), and optionally ad-attributed sales. Output: TACoS (total ad spend ÷ total revenue), net profit, net margin, and — if ad-attributed sales are given — ACoS and ROAS. TACoS is the number that tracks how much of the whole business leans on ads. ### Benchmark comparison — https://autron.ai/tools/amazon-ppc-benchmarks Inputs: product category, plus any of your ACoS, CPC, CTR and conversion rate. Output: a per-metric verdict (outperforming / on-benchmark / behind) placed against the category band, with each metric's source labelled. A number is only good or bad relative to its category. ### Search-term n-gram analyzer — https://autron.ai/tools/amazon-ngram-analyzer Inputs: a Sponsored Products Search Term report (paste, or drop a .csv / .xlsx). Output: every search term rolled up into 1, 2 and 3-word phrases with total spend, sales and ACoS, flagging words that spend with no orders (negate) versus words that convert inefficiently (lower the bid). Negating one wasteful word fixes many terms at once. Where to get the data: Amazon Ads → Measurement & Reporting → Sponsored ads reports → new report, Sponsored Products, Report type "Search term", Summary, last 60–90 days → export CSV. ### Dayparting calculator — https://autron.ai/tools/amazon-dayparting-calculator Inputs: an hourly Sponsored Products Campaign report (paste, or drop a .csv / .xlsx). Must include Clicks. Output: each hour's ACoS, revenue-per-click, conversion, CPC and clicks, the reclaimable spend sitting in hours above your account-average ACoS, and a suggested per-hour bid adjustment. The adjustment nudges each hour toward your account-average ACoS, then shrinks the move by click volume so thin hours are not over-trusted. Where to get the data: Amazon Ads → Sponsored ads reports → new report, Sponsored Products, Report type "Campaign", Time unit "Hourly", at least 2–4 weeks → export CSV. ### Free PPC audit — https://autron.ai/tools/free-amazon-ppc-audit Connect an Amazon Ads account (read-only) for a full audit of wasted spend, missed keyword opportunities and account-structure issues. The report is emailed within 24 hours. This is the done-for-you path; unlike the calculators it is not browser-only. ## Guides (topic pillars) Each guide is a pillar page that gathers our articles on one part of Amazon advertising. Fetch a guide URL for its full reading list. ### Negative keywords and wasted ad spend — https://autron.ai/guides/negative-keywords-and-wasted-spend Find and cut the search terms, keyword overlap, and click waste quietly draining your Amazon ad budget, then keep spend on the terms that actually convert. ### Amazon campaign structure — https://autron.ai/guides/campaign-structure How to structure, set up, and consolidate Sponsored Products campaigns so spend stays controllable and intent stays clean, including why fewer campaigns now beat more. ### Ad cannibalization and TACoS — https://autron.ai/guides/cannibalization-and-tacos Whether Amazon PPC eats your organic sales, how TACoS exposes it, and how to defend branded terms without paying twice for customers you would have won anyway. ### Bidding, ACoS, and PPC ROI — https://autron.ai/guides/bidding-acos-and-roi Set bids against a goal, read ACoS and ROAS honestly, and understand the true cost of Amazon advertising so margin grows with spend instead of disappearing into it. ### Reporting, metrics, and attribution — https://autron.ai/guides/reporting-metrics-and-attribution The Amazon ad reports and benchmarks that actually move decisions: Search Query Performance, conversion-path attribution, and the ACoS, CPC, and CTR numbers worth tracking. ### AI and automation for Amazon ads — https://autron.ai/guides/ai-and-automation What it actually means to automate Amazon PPC: where AI beats manual management, how Autron's engine runs bids and campaigns against your goal, and the agent and MCP shift in 2026. ### Ad formats and Amazon platform updates — https://autron.ai/guides/ad-formats-and-platform-updates Sponsored Brands Video, Sponsored Display, and the Rufus, Alexa, and Sponsored Prompts changes reshaping Amazon advertising: what each format is for and how to act on each update. ### Agencies vs in-house vs automation — https://autron.ai/guides/agencies-vs-in-house How to weigh an Amazon ad agency against in-house management and automation: the questions to ask, the scaling limits agencies hit, and when each model actually pays off. ### Common Amazon PPC mistakes — https://autron.ai/guides/common-ppc-mistakes The recurring Amazon PPC mistakes that quietly cap performance, from myths and misread metrics to setup errors, plus the fixes that turn each one around. ### Amazon FBA operations — https://autron.ai/guides/fba-operations The FBA side of running an Amazon business, covering inventory, shipping, customer service, and the common pitfalls, kept healthy so your advertising always has product to sell. ### Seasonal, Q4, and Prime Day strategy — https://autron.ai/guides/seasonal-and-q4 How to run Amazon ads through the spikes and lulls of Prime Day, Q4, holiday slowdowns, and the spring reset, so budget and bids match demand instead of fighting it. ## Help center (product documentation) Every help article, answer-first. Full pages at https://autron.ai/help. ### Autron has moved to the agent — https://autron.ai/help/autron-has-moved-to-the-agent The ad engine and the agent — what each does, how you steer the engine in your own words, and where this is heading. ### Sign up: create your Autron account — https://autron.ai/help/create-your-account Sign up and create your account at agent.autron.ai/start with Google or your work email; no card and no password needed. Next, connect Amazon Advertising (Selling Partner is optional) and name your workspace. You land on Today, which lists the setup steps left. If a colleague invited you, use their invitation instead of signing up. ### Connect Amazon Advertising — https://autron.ai/help/connect-amazon-advertising Autron needs Amazon Advertising; nothing works without it. Selling Partner is optional to start: it adds total sales, TACoS, profit, stock levels and listing checks, and the ad engine relies on it. Your structural findings arrive minutes after you connect, and the full performance audit once your history syncs, usually within a day. ### The free Amazon PPC audit — https://autron.ai/help/free-amazon-ppc-audit Go to autron.ai/tools/free-amazon-ppc-audit, answer a few questions about your business, and authorise Amazon Ads. Autron reads your campaign data and emails the audit, usually within 24 hours. It is free, it never changes anything in your account, and you can revoke access whenever you like. ### How to get help — https://autron.ai/help/get-help Search here first, then ask your agent in the app, by email, in Slack or on WhatsApp. It reads this help center and your live account, so it answers with your numbers. When something needs a person, such as billing, a refund or deleting your account, the agent hands your case to the Autron team, who reply by email. You can also write to hello@autron.ai. ### What is the Autron agent, and what can it do? From questions to creating campaigns — https://autron.ai/help/what-is-the-autron-agent The Autron agent is an assistant connected to your Amazon account. Ask in plain English and it reads your live data, finds problems, and, with your approval, makes changes on Amazon. It can create Sponsored Products and Sponsored Display campaigns, and Sponsored Brands video campaigns. Use it in the app, by email, Slack or WhatsApp, or from Claude and ChatGPT. ### Analyze Your Advertising Performance — https://autron.ai/help/analyze-your-advertising-performance Use the Autron AI Agent to check sales, ad spend, ACoS, TACoS, and more — across your entire account or for individual products. Compare time periods, spot trends, and drill into the numbers that matter. ### Asking questions your dashboards can't answer — https://autron.ai/help/ask-questions-your-dashboards-cant-answer When a question needs a custom date window, search-term detail or a cut no report offers, the agent writes and runs a read-only query over your own Amazon data and answers from the rows. You just ask in plain language. It cannot change anything this way, and it can hand you the full result as a CSV download. ### Find Keyword and Search Query Opportunities — https://autron.ai/help/keyword-and-search-query-opportunities Ask the agent about keyword opportunities or search queries for a product. It shows which searches lead to purchases, across the whole market and in your own ads, and which of those terms are missing from your title, bullet points or backend search terms. Search Query Performance comes from Amazon Brand Analytics, so it needs Brand Registry. ### Manage Your Amazon Ads Campaigns with the Agent — https://autron.ai/help/manage-campaigns-with-the-agent Ask the agent to create Sponsored Products or Sponsored Display campaigns, change budgets and bids, add keywords, targets and negatives, or archive what you no longer want. For Sponsored Brands it creates video campaigns only. Every change shows the approval card first, and one card covers the whole batch. ### Manage Placement Bid Adjustments — https://autron.ai/help/placement-bid-adjustments Ask the agent to boost, clear or check the placement adjustments on your Sponsored Products campaigns: Top of Search, Rest of Search, Product Pages and Amazon Business. Amazon only lets a Sponsored Products adjustment raise a bid, from 0% to +900%. The agent shows the change on an approval card first, for up to 50 campaigns at a time. ### Video ads and creatives — https://autron.ai/help/video-ads-and-creatives Attach an MP4, MOV or M4V video in the app's chat (6 to 45 seconds, up to 500 MB, 720p, 1080p or 4K, horizontal or vertical) and ask the agent to register it with Amazon. Once Amazon shows it as Available, the agent builds a Sponsored Brands video campaign around it, which you approve before anything reaches Amazon. A vertical video can only land on a Store page. ### The Action log: changes you made through the agent — https://autron.ai/help/action-log The Action log at agent.autron.ai/action-log lists the Amazon Ads changes you made through the agent: in the app, by email or Slack, in your routines, or from Claude or ChatGPT. A teammate's changes appear in their log, not yours. The ad engine's own optimisation is not logged here; it shows on Goals and in the engine report on Today. There is no undo button: ask the agent to change it back. ### Is the agent safe? Approvals, limits and what it won't do — https://autron.ai/help/confirmations-and-safety In chat, the agent shows an approval card with the exact change before changing anything, until you allow that kind of change. Routines follow Settings › Agent permissions: on Pro, a routine makes any change you have not set yourself, though the page shows Needs approval; choose Needs approval to make it propose. Every Amazon Ads change you make through the agent is recorded in your Action log. ### Guardrails: banned terms and limits for your listing copy — https://autron.ai/help/guardrails Guardrails are the rules the agent checks its suggested titles, bullet points and backend search terms against before showing them to you: banned words and phrases, exceptions for brands you own, and length limits. Set them company-wide or per seller in Settings › Guardrails. Today they cover listing content only; keyword and bidding guardrails are marked Soon. ### Skills: teach the Autron Agent how you work — https://autron.ai/help/skills A skill is guidance you write once — a name, a description and the instructions — and include in a chat message by typing /, or attach to a routine. Create one in Settings › Skills or ask the agent to save one from the conversation. Keep it to yourself or share it with your team; sharing can't be undone. A company can have up to 50 custom skills. ### Routines: run your agent on a schedule or from a webhook — https://autron.ai/help/routines A routine is a saved instruction your agent runs unattended for one workspace, on a schedule or when a webhook fires. Actions you set to Always allow, it does; Needs approval, it proposes; Blocked, it leaves alone. An action you never set is done on Pro and proposed on the Agent plan. Every run is a chat you can open, and its report can go to email, Slack, WhatsApp or a webhook. ### Playbooks: ready-made routines you can install — https://autron.ai/help/playbooks A playbook is a routine Autron has already written and scheduled. Open Routines, choose the Playbook tab and click Install. It follows your Agent permissions, emails its report to your company by default, and keeps updating as Autron improves it until you edit its instructions, schedule or skills. The Monthly Business Review is installed for you. ### Automate review requests — https://autron.ai/help/automate-review-requests Open Settings › Automations, pick a marketplace and switch Review requests on. Autron then asks Amazon to send its own Request a Review message for each eligible order, 8 days after delivery by default (8 to 30). Refunded and cancelled orders are skipped. Each marketplace has its own switch; Company-wide turns on every marketplace with Amazon Ads connected at once. ### Email your agent — https://autron.ai/help/email-your-agent Every Autron user has their own agent email address, shown in Settings → Integrations under Email. Email it directly and it answers; Cc or Bcc it on a thread and it reads along quietly until you tag it with @autron. Only you and your company's members get answers about your account, and nothing in your account changes from an email without your approval. ### Connecting Slack to Autron (Settings → Integrations) — https://autron.ai/help/connect-slack In Settings › Integrations, click the Slack row (it reads Not connected) and approve Autron in Slack. Routines can then post their reports to any channel you pick, and your agent answers when you mention it or send it a direct message. It recognises you by your Slack email, or by linking your Slack account once. Disconnect from the same row. ### WhatsApp: link your phone number to Autron — https://autron.ai/help/connect-whatsapp In Settings › Integrations, click the WhatsApp row and send the WhatsApp message it prepares from your phone: scan the QR code on a computer, or tap Open WhatsApp on the phone. Autron's WhatsApp number, +1 617 858 8087, then replies to your WhatsApp messages and photos, and routines can deliver their reports to your linked number. ### Use Autron with Claude AI — https://autron.ai/help/use-autron-with-claude Claude is an AI assistant made by Anthropic. Autron is listed in Claude's connector directory — add it by name to check advertising performance, explore keyword opportunities, and manage goals through a simple conversation. ### Use Autron with ChatGPT — https://autron.ai/help/use-autron-with-chatgpt ChatGPT can connect to Autron through our MCP server, so you can check advertising performance, explore keyword opportunities, and manage your goals through a simple conversation. ### Track Profitability and Manage Product Costs — https://autron.ai/help/profitability-and-product-costs Enter product costs (COGS) by asking the agent, or with Add costs on a product's page in Goals on plans with the ad engine. Leave out Amazon's referral and FBA fees, which come from Amazon; add your purchase cost, inbound freight and anything else you pay per unit. Costs unlock break-even ACoS and profit per unit on Goals, and give Max profit goals something to optimise. ### Today: your daily brief — https://autron.ai/help/today Today is the agent's first page. It shows when the engine last ran and whether Amazon is connected, then Sales, Ad spend, TACoS and Profit for the range you pick, then Today's brief: what needs you and what ran, including the engine's 30-day report. Below are your goals and up to four panels you pin by asking the agent. New accounts see a setup checklist instead. ### Using the chat: ask, attach, stop, and Ask agent — https://autron.ai/help/using-the-chat Ask in the chat, or press ⌘I to open Ask agent beside the page you are on. Attach JPEG or PNG images and CSV files up to 4.5 MB, or a video. Stop ends a reply at its next step, and you pay only for the steps that finished. What you type while it answers waits in a queue and sends when the reply ends. ### Agent permissions: what the agent may do without asking — https://autron.ai/help/agent-permissions Settings › Agent permissions sets each thing the agent can do to Always allow, Needs approval or Blocked, for the agent in the app and in your routines. In chat, every change asks first until you allow it. On Pro, a routine makes any change you have not set yourself, though the page shows Needs approval; choose Needs approval to make it propose. Lookups run without asking unless you change that. ### Start the ad engine — https://autron.ai/help/start-the-ad-engine On Goals, press Start ad engine, tick the products it should run, set a target and press Start. The engine then builds its own campaigns for those products; allow up to a day for the first to show in Amazon Ads, and longer for a large catalogue. It does not edit campaigns you built. A product added to your catalogue later appears on Goals switched off; switch it on for the engine to build for it. ### Manage goals: targets, switches, and what the engine does with them — https://autron.ai/help/manage-goals A goal is a pair: what you want more of and the limit you will accept, like Grow sales, ACoS ≤ 30%. Every product has its own goal and switch on Goals, and the account-wide goal is the default. Change a target on its row or ask the agent. Switching a product off pauses most of its campaigns; Stop ad engine stops the changes, not the ads. Goals come with Autron Pro. ### Your products in Autron: what is listed, which to advertise, and out of stock — https://autron.ai/help/products Goals lists every product Amazon lists for you, with its target, its ad-engine switch and how it is doing. Start the engine on your best sellers and launches rather than everything. When a product runs out of fulfillable stock the engine lowers its bids on its own and restores them when stock is back. ### Understanding How Autron Creates and Manages Campaigns — https://autron.ai/help/how-autron-creates-and-manages-campaigns The engine builds one small campaign per keyword or target in an Autron AI portfolio, then tunes bids through the day against your ACoS or TACoS target, adds targets and negatives from your search terms, and cuts bids on what doesn't earn. To change something it manages and have it stick, make the change through the agent. ### Already running Amazon Ads? How the engine works alongside your campaigns — https://autron.ai/help/transition-from-existing-campaigns The engine builds and runs its own campaigns in an Autron AI portfolio and never edits campaigns you created. Campaigns the agent builds outside the engine sit in Autron Strategic at fixed bids; move one into Autron AI and the engine takes it over. Start on a few products, then pause your own campaigns on them or accept that the two compete for the same clicks. ### Suggest keywords and targets, or tell the engine hands off — https://autron.ai/help/suggest-targets Ask the agent to add keywords or product targets for a product the engine runs, and it hands them to the engine, which builds one campaign per keyword from its next daily run, up to 100 a day. A negative for that product reaches every campaign the engine runs for it, and the engine never builds that term again. Each change appears on the approval card first. ### Launching a new product with Autron — https://autron.ai/help/launching-a-new-product The engine runs a new product the way it runs everything: from the product's own results, and a new product has none yet. Give it a push: seed a few exact keywords, pick one lead product per line, have the agent set launch bids and daily caps for two weeks, check in at day 3 and day 7, renew at day 7, and hand back on day 14. ### Why every engine campaign has a $100 daily budget — https://autron.ai/help/budget-cap Each campaign the engine creates opens with a $100 daily budget, or the local-currency equivalent. That is a ceiling so a campaign is never starved while it learns. Actual spend is governed by the ACoS or TACoS cap on the product and stays far below the budget. The ad engine has no weekly or monthly spend limit; for a hard limit on total daily spend, use Amazon's account-level daily budget cap. ### Why Autron targets your own brand name and ASINs — https://autron.ai/help/why-autron-targets-your-brand-name The engine runs campaigns on your own brand terms and ASINs on purpose. They convert at the highest rate, they stop competitors taking the top spot on searches for your name, and their efficiency gives the engine room to test non-branded terms. Spend on them is small. If you want a specific campaign off, ask the agent to pause it. ### Stop the engine, disconnect Amazon, or close your account — https://autron.ai/help/stop-or-disconnect-autron Switching a product off on Goals pauses the engine's campaigns for it, though campaigns on your own brand name can keep running. Stop ad engine is different: it stops Autron changing every campaign but leaves them running, and spending. To cut Autron off entirely, revoke its access on Amazon's side. To delete your account, email hello@autron.ai. ### Exceptions: when you step in and Autron stands back — https://autron.ai/help/exceptions The goal is the rule for a product; an exception is where you step in with something the engine can't know, and Autron stands back from that one thing. Every change the agent makes directly on Amazon becomes one. Pauses, negatives and hands-off are kept until you say otherwise; a ceiling runs to the date you choose; the rest run seven days. Each product lists its own on Goals. ### Autron plans: Free, Agent and Pro — https://autron.ai/help/plans One product, three rungs — what each plan includes, what it costs, and how the agent and the ad engine work together. ### Understanding Autron Agent credits and pricing — https://autron.ai/help/credits In the app, each reply spends credits according to how much work it does and the model it runs on, and a quick lookup is free. Each call Claude or ChatGPT makes to Autron costs one credit. The free plan adds 5 credits a day, up to 30 held. Paid packs give 200 to 10,000 credits a month, and Pro includes 500. ### Your profile, company and billing settings — https://autron.ai/help/billing-and-profile Settings → Account is you: name, picture, phone and how you sign in. Your sign-in email can only be changed by support. Settings → Company shows the company name and Company ID. Settings → Billing is for company admins: plan, credits, payment method and invoices. If you can't see Billing, ask an admin in your company. ### Inviting your team to Autron Agent — https://autron.ai/help/invite-your-team Company admins invite people from Settings → Members: enter their emails, choose Member or Admin, and press Send invite, or copy the company's invite link. Change someone's role from the Role column, or use Remove from company in their row's menu. Members don't see this page. ### Add another Amazon account or marketplace, and switch workspaces — https://autron.ai/help/sellers-and-workspaces The agent works on one seller and one marketplace at a time, your workspace. Add another Amazon account from Settings → Connections → Add Amazon connection. One connection covers one Amazon region, so a marketplace in another region needs a connection of its own. Switch workspace from the sidebar, or ask the agent. ### Emails Autron sends, and how to turn them off — https://autron.ai/help/emails-and-notifications Turn off the weekly summary in Settings › Notifications, one switch per marketplace. Routine reports, including the Monthly Business Review, are stopped on the routine: its owner can pause it or change its recipients. Onboarding emails have a Stop these nudges link at the bottom. Sign-in links, invitations and replies to your own emails can't be turned off. ### Campaigns getting no impressions — https://autron.ai/help/no-impressions No impressions almost always means one of three things: you do not hold the Buy Box on that product, the product is not eligible to advertise (out of stock, suppressed, or against policy), or your ACoS target is so tight that the engine's bids are losing every auction. Ask the agent which it is. ### Amazon needs to be reconnected — https://autron.ai/help/authorization-issues Amazon authorisations expire and can be revoked from Amazon's side. When that happens Today shows Reconnect Amazon. Press it, press Connect or Reconnect on the Amazon Advertising row, and approve on Amazon; everything resumes on its own in about a minute. You can also reconnect any seller from Settings → Connections. ### Data still syncing, or numbers that look behind — https://autron.ai/help/syncing-issues The first sync after connecting usually finishes within a day; Today says while it is still running. After that, Amazon itself reports late: ad and sales figures settle over about two days, and Search Query Performance arrives more than a week behind. The agent tells you what it cannot see yet rather than guessing. ### Sign in, reset or change your password, and change your email — https://autron.ai/help/login-and-access Sign in at agent.autron.ai/login with Google, an emailed sign-in link, or your password. Forgot your password? sends a reset link that lasts 2 hours. To change your password, or set one, use Settings → Account → Security. Your sign-in email can't be changed in the app: email hello@autron.ai. ### The older dashboard at app.autron.ai — https://autron.ai/help/using-the-older-dashboard The dashboard at app.autron.ai keeps working for accounts that have it. Everything it does — goals, products and costs, insights, creatives, review automation, billing — is also in the agent at agent.autron.ai, which is where new work goes. Nothing has been switched off. ## Benchmarks (original data) Category-level Amazon PPC benchmarks (medians and quartiles only, never individual-seller values). The numbers are compiled from 2026 industry benchmark data and cross-checked against Autron's own managed accounts; each page states its sourcing inline. The indexed hub is at https://autron.ai/benchmark. ### Amazon ACoS Benchmarks by Category (2026) — https://autron.ai/benchmark/amazon-acos-benchmarks-by-category-2026 Metric: ACoS. As of 2026. ACoS (advertising cost of sales) is ad spend divided by ad-attributed sales. It is the headline efficiency metric for Amazon PPC, and the one sellers most often ask "is this good?" about. The honest answer is that it depends on your category. ## Average Amazon ACoS in 2026 The cross-category average ACoS in 2026 is **34%**, based on compiled 2026 industry data cross-checked against Autron-managed accounts. Most accounts sit between 25% and 40%. The median across the ten categories below is closer to 31%, because a handful of high-ACoS categories like Clothing pull the blended mean upward. ## Median ACoS by category The table shows the median ACoS in each major Amazon category as of 2026. Lower is more efficient. | Category | Median ACoS (2026) | | --- | --- | | Food & Grocery | 23% | | Toys & Games | 26% | | Books | 26% | | Electronics | 30% | | Beauty & Personal Care | 31% | | Pet Supplies | 31% | | Sports & Outdoors | 31% | | Home & Garden | 32% | | Health & Household | 36% | | Clothing & Apparel | 57% | Source: compiled from 2026 industry benchmark data and cross-checked against Autron's own managed accounts. Values are category-level medians, not individual-seller values. ## What the spread tells you The 34-point gap between Food & Grocery (23%) and Clothing (57%) is structural, not a sign that grocery sellers are better operators. Two forces drive it: - **Return rates.** Clothing and apparel get returned at far higher rates than grocery or consumables, so a chunk of ad-driven orders never become net sales. The reported ACoS climbs even when campaigns are run well. - **Conversion and repeat purchase.** High-intent, high-repeat categories like Food & Grocery can sustain very low ACoS because conversion is strong and competition for clicks is thin (note the matching low CPC there). So "is 30% ACoS good?" has no answer without a category. It is excellent in Clothing, roughly average in Home & Garden, and poor in Food & Grocery. The only useful comparison is against your own category's median. ## Set the right ACoS target Your benchmark is a comparison, not a target. To set a target you can actually run to, start from your margins: the [break-even ACoS calculator](/tools/acos-calculator) finds the ACoS where an ad sale stops making money, then a target ACoS for the net margin you want. To see how your current ACoS compares to your category median, use the [benchmark comparison tool](/tools/amazon-ppc-benchmarks). For the full set of metrics side by side, see the [Amazon PPC benchmarks by category overview](/benchmark/amazon-ppc-benchmarks-by-category-2026), and for what to do if you are behind, the [2026 Amazon advertising benchmarks report](/blog/amazon-advertising-benchmarks-2026). ### Amazon PPC Conversion Rate Benchmarks by Category (2026) — https://autron.ai/benchmark/amazon-conversion-rate-benchmarks-by-category-2026 Metric: Conversion rate. As of 2026. Conversion rate is orders divided by clicks: of the shoppers who clicked your ad, how many bought. It is the metric where Amazon looks dramatically better than the rest of ecommerce, and it is the clearest signal of whether your listing, not your bidding, is the problem. ## Average Amazon conversion rate in 2026 The cross-category average ad conversion rate in 2026 is **10.5%**, based on compiled 2026 industry data cross-checked against Autron-managed accounts. That is roughly 5x to 10x higher than general ecommerce, where the average sits around 1% to 2%, because Amazon shoppers arrive with high purchase intent and trust the checkout. The category median sits higher still, around 13%, because a few high-volume lower-converting categories pull the blended average down. ## Median conversion rate by category The table shows the median conversion rate in each major Amazon category as of 2026. Higher means your listing converts the traffic you pay for. | Category | Median conversion rate (2026) | | --- | --- | | Food & Grocery | 13.7% | | Pet Supplies | 13.6% | | Beauty & Personal Care | 13.4% | | Books | 13.3% | | Health & Household | 13.2% | | Toys & Games | 13.1% | | Electronics | 9.4% | | Home & Garden | 9.2% | | Sports & Outdoors | 9.2% | | Clothing & Apparel | 7.3% | Source: compiled from 2026 industry benchmark data and cross-checked against Autron's own managed accounts. Values are category-level medians, not individual-seller values. ## What the spread tells you The range from Clothing (7.3%) to Food & Grocery (13.7%) maps closely to how much certainty a shopper has before buying: - **Low-uncertainty categories convert highest.** Food & Grocery, Pet Supplies, Beauty, Books and Health involve repeat or low-risk purchases where the shopper already knows what they want, so clicks turn into orders often, clustering around 13%. - **Fit and consideration categories convert lowest.** Clothing has fit uncertainty and high return behaviour; Electronics involves longer consideration and spec comparison; Home & Garden and Sports sit in between. Their lower conversion rates are a category norm, not a failure. - **Below 7% almost anywhere is a listing signal.** A conversion rate under roughly 7%, especially below your category median, usually points to the main image, title, price competitiveness, or review count and rating, not to bids. Read conversion rate alongside CTR: if both are low, the listing is the bottleneck; if CTR is healthy but conversion is weak, the click is landing on a page that does not close. ## Use the numbers To see where your conversion rate lands for your category, the [benchmark comparison tool](/tools/amazon-ppc-benchmarks) places it against the median. For all four metrics side by side, see the [Amazon PPC benchmarks by category overview](/benchmark/amazon-ppc-benchmarks-by-category-2026), and for what to do when conversion is dragging ACoS up, the [2026 Amazon advertising benchmarks report](/blog/amazon-advertising-benchmarks-2026). ### Amazon CPC Benchmarks by Category (2026) — https://autron.ai/benchmark/amazon-cpc-benchmarks-by-category-2026 Metric: CPC. As of 2026. CPC (cost per click) is the average price you pay each time a shopper clicks your ad. Unlike ACoS or conversion rate, CPC is mostly set by competition in your category rather than by your account, which makes the category benchmark especially important for sanity-checking spend. ## Average Amazon CPC in 2026 The cross-category average CPC in 2026 is **$1.13**, based on compiled 2026 industry data cross-checked against Autron-managed accounts. The driver is structural: over 70% of Amazon sellers now advertise, up from around 40% five years ago, so more bidders compete for the same placements. ## Median CPC by category The table shows the median CPC in each major Amazon category as of 2026. Lower is cheaper. | Category | Median CPC (2026) | | --- | --- | | Books | $0.40 | | Food & Grocery | $0.56 | | Clothing & Apparel | $0.69 | | Home & Garden | $0.74 | | Toys & Games | $0.83 | | Sports & Outdoors | $1.00 | | Electronics | $1.11 | | Beauty & Personal Care | $1.18 | | Pet Supplies | $1.23 | | Health & Household | $1.42 | Source: compiled from 2026 industry benchmark data and cross-checked against Autron's own managed accounts. Values are category-level medians, not individual-seller values. ## What the spread tells you The roughly 3.5x gap between Books ($0.40) and Health & Household ($1.42) is a competition gap: - **Crowded, high-value categories cost more per click.** Health & Household, Pet Supplies and Beauty have dense advertiser competition (supplements and consumables especially), so the auction clears higher. A $1.40 CPC there is normal, not a red flag. - **Thin, low-price categories cost less.** Books and Food & Grocery have lower advertiser density and lower order values, so clicks are cheap. The matching low ACoS in those categories is partly a CPC effect. - **CPC is a floor, not a lever.** You cannot bid your way under the category-clearing price for long without losing impressions. The useful move is to make each click worth more by improving relevance and conversion, which lets you sustain a competitive bid at a healthy ACoS. Read CPC together with conversion rate: a high CPC is fine if the click converts, and a low CPC is wasted if it does not. ## Use the numbers To see whether your CPC is high or low for your category, the [benchmark comparison tool](/tools/amazon-ppc-benchmarks) places it against the median. To find the words and phrases quietly burning spend without converting, paste a search-term report into the [n-gram analyzer](/tools/amazon-ngram-analyzer). For all four metrics side by side, see the [Amazon PPC benchmarks by category overview](/benchmark/amazon-ppc-benchmarks-by-category-2026). ### Amazon CTR Benchmarks by Category (2026) — https://autron.ai/benchmark/amazon-ctr-benchmarks-by-category-2026 Metric: CTR. As of 2026. CTR (click-through rate) is clicks divided by impressions. On Amazon it is structurally low because search results stack many sponsored and organic listings on one page, so any single ad wins a small slice of clicks. That makes the category benchmark essential: a CTR that looks alarming against display-ad norms is often perfectly normal here. ## Average Amazon CTR in 2026 The cross-category average CTR in 2026 is **0.56%**, based on compiled 2026 industry data cross-checked against Autron-managed accounts. Top sellers consistently push above 1%. The median across the ten categories below is lower still, around 0.44%, since a few high-CTR categories lift the blended mean. ## Median CTR by category The table shows the median CTR in each major Amazon category as of 2026. Higher means your image and title are landing. | Category | Median CTR (2026) | | --- | --- | | Books | 0.30% | | Electronics | 0.38% | | Sports & Outdoors | 0.41% | | Toys & Games | 0.42% | | Home & Garden | 0.43% | | Clothing & Apparel | 0.44% | | Pet Supplies | 0.47% | | Health & Household | 0.53% | | Food & Grocery | 0.53% | | Beauty & Personal Care | 0.54% | Source: compiled from 2026 industry benchmark data and cross-checked against Autron's own managed accounts. Values are category-level medians, not individual-seller values. ## What the spread tells you The range is narrow in absolute terms but meaningful in relative terms, nearly 2x from Books (0.30%) to Beauty (0.54%): - **Visual, impulse-friendly categories click more.** Beauty, Food & Grocery, Health & Household and Pet Supplies lead because the main image does heavy lifting: shoppers can judge a product from a thumbnail. Books and Electronics click less because the decision leans on text and specs that a thumbnail cannot convey. - **Below your category median is the warning sign.** A CTR roughly under 0.3% in most categories almost always traces to one of three things: weak main image, off-relevance title, or keyword drift showing your ad for the wrong searches. - **CTR and CPC move together.** Higher relevance lifts CTR and, over time, tends to lower the price you pay per click, so the image and title fix usually pays back twice. Judge CTR against your category row, and if you are below it, start with the main image before touching bids. ## Use the numbers To see where your CTR lands for your category, the [benchmark comparison tool](/tools/amazon-ppc-benchmarks) places it against the median. If low CTR comes from your ad showing for off-target searches, the [n-gram analyzer](/tools/amazon-ngram-analyzer) finds the words to negate. For all four metrics together, see the [Amazon PPC benchmarks by category overview](/benchmark/amazon-ppc-benchmarks-by-category-2026). ### Amazon PPC Benchmarks by Category (2026): ACoS, CPC, CTR and Conversion Rate — https://autron.ai/benchmark/amazon-ppc-benchmarks-by-category-2026 Metric: ACoS, CPC, CTR, CVR. As of 2026. This page collects the 2026 Amazon Sponsored Products benchmarks for the four metrics most sellers actually manage to, broken out by product category, in one citable table. ## The headline numbers Across a broad cross-section of Sponsored Products accounts in 2026, the cross-category averages are: | Metric | Cross-category average (2026) | | --- | --- | | ACoS | 34% | | CPC | $1.13 | | CTR | 0.56% | | Conversion rate | 10.5% | These cross-category figures are compiled from 2026 industry data and cross-checked against Autron-managed accounts. They are a useful baseline but they hide most of the story, because the per-category spread is large. ## Benchmarks by category The table below shows the median for each metric in each of ten major Amazon categories, as of 2026. Lower is better for ACoS and CPC; higher is better for CTR and conversion rate. | Category | Median ACoS | Median CPC | Median CTR | Median conversion rate | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Food & Grocery | 23% | $0.56 | 0.53% | 13.7% | | Books | 26% | $0.40 | 0.30% | 13.3% | | Toys & Games | 26% | $0.83 | 0.42% | 13.1% | | Electronics | 30% | $1.11 | 0.38% | 9.4% | | Beauty & Personal Care | 31% | $1.18 | 0.54% | 13.4% | | Pet Supplies | 31% | $1.23 | 0.47% | 13.6% | | Sports & Outdoors | 31% | $1.00 | 0.41% | 9.2% | | Home & Garden | 32% | $0.74 | 0.43% | 9.2% | | Health & Household | 36% | $1.42 | 0.53% | 13.2% | | Clothing & Apparel | 57% | $0.69 | 0.44% | 7.3% | Source: compiled from 2026 industry benchmark data and cross-checked against Autron's own managed accounts. Figures are category-level medians, not individual-seller values. ## How to read this A few patterns hold across the table: - **ACoS spans 23% to 57%.** Food & Grocery, Toys and Books run lowest; Clothing & Apparel runs highest, mostly because apparel return rates erode net ad-driven sales. Median ACoS across the ten categories sits around 31%, below the 34% blended average, because a few high-ACoS categories pull the mean up. - **CPC spans $0.40 to $1.42.** Health & Household is the most expensive click, reflecting crowded supplement and consumables competition; Books is the cheapest. CPC is largely set by how many sellers bid in your category, not by anything you do to a single campaign. - **CTR is low everywhere.** Even the strongest category (Beauty at 0.54%) sits near half a percent, which is normal for Amazon search where many ads share a crowded page. CTR below roughly 0.3% usually points to main-image or title relevance. - **Conversion rate is high versus general ecommerce.** Amazon shoppers arrive with intent, so a 7% to 14% conversion rate is normal where general ecommerce averages closer to 1% to 2%. Below 7% usually points to listing quality rather than bidding. The practical takeaway: pick your category's row, compare your own numbers to it, and ignore the blended average. A 30% ACoS is excellent in Clothing and poor in Food & Grocery. ## Use the numbers To see where your own account lands against the median for your category, the [Amazon PPC benchmark comparison tool](/tools/amazon-ppc-benchmarks) does the placement for you. Autron goes further: an autonomous engine plus an AI agent that explains your account and acts on it, priced on the sales it generates. Most "Ad Badger vs Autron" comparisons turn into a feature checklist, which misses the real decision. Both tools automate Amazon PPC, but they are built for different operators. Ad Badger is a tool you run: a proven bid algorithm, a negative-keyword engine, and arguably the best PPC education in the category, all on a dashboard you drive. Autron is a system that runs for you: an autonomous daily loop plus a conversational AI agent, priced on the sales it produces. The question is not which has more buttons. It is whether you want to operate the tool or hand off the work. ## What Ad Badger is Ad Badger is one of the longer-standing Amazon PPC platforms, as well known for its education as for its software. It has been at this since 2017, led by founder and CEO Michael Erickson Facchin, who also hosts the PPC Den, the first Amazon advertising podcast. The product's core is the Bids by Badger algorithm: it reads your conversion data and makes daily micro-adjustments to bids to steer campaigns toward a target ACoS, raising bids on converting terms and trimming the rest. Around that sit a negative-keyword tool that scans months of search-term history and surfaces inefficient terms to block, organic-rank and search-trend tracking, total-and-organic sales views per ASIN, and bulk-action and reporting tools. Onboarding calls, email and text support, and weekly strategy office hours come with every plan. The other half of Ad Badger is the brand around it. The PPC Den podcast and a deep library of guides have made it a go-to for sellers who want to actually understand Amazon advertising, not just outsource it. Pricing is tiered by monthly ad spend, starting around $149/mo for smaller accounts and rising by spend tier as you grow, with a 14-day trial. ## Where Ad Badger is genuinely strong We are not going to pretend otherwise. For the right buyer, Ad Badger is a strong choice: - **The best education in the category.** The PPC Den podcast and its guides are genuinely excellent, and the weekly office hours mean you can put your account in front of a human. If you want to learn PPC, not just automate it, almost nothing beats this. - **A proven bid algorithm.** Years of daily bid optimization toward a target ACoS, across a large base of managed spend, is a real, battle-tested engine rather than a thin rules builder. - **Approachable and well supported.** A clean, beginner-friendly interface plus onboarding calls and responsive support make it easy to start, which reviewers consistently praise. - **Track record and community.** It has been around far longer than Autron, with a large, loyal community of operators. If "who else uses this, and can I learn from them" matters, that is real. ## Where Autron goes further Autron starts from a different premise: most Amazon sellers do not want to become PPC operators, they want the daily work done for them and a way to actually understand their account. Autron delivers that in two layers. **Autron Agent is the part Ad Badger has no answer for.** It is a conversational AI that sits on your full ads-and-seller data and works inside the tools you already use, including Claude and ChatGPT. Ask it why TACoS moved on four ASINs last week and it answers from your real numbers, joining ad data to sales, search-query rank and inventory. Tell it to pause your worst performers or rebuild a campaign and, with your permission, it acts. Ad Badger gives you a dashboard and an algorithm to operate; Autron gives you an analyst you can talk to that also does the work. There is no conversational or agentic product in Ad Badger today. **Autron Pro is the autonomous engine behind it.** Set a goal, a target ACoS or TACoS, and Pro runs the daily tactics itself: bid optimization on a roughly three-hour cadence, placement adjustments, dayparting, negative-keyword harvesting, and single-keyword campaign creation from your auto-campaign winners. Ad Badger's algorithm adjusts bids daily and leaves the rest of the workflow to you; Autron runs the whole loop without asking you to drive it. Two more differences matter: - **It is priced on results, not on ad spend.** Autron Pro is $150/mo plus a commission on the ad sales it generates (0% on your first $5k of monthly ad sales, then a small declining percentage), and Autron Agent is $50/mo with a free tier (5 credits a day, no card) to start. Ad Badger's tiers are based on your ad spend, which costs the same whether the month went well or badly and climbs as you scale. A sales-based model only grows when your results do. - **It reads your whole Amazon account.** Autron works across Sponsored Products, Brands and Display alongside Seller Central sales-and-traffic, Search Query Performance, and inventory, so both the agent and the engine reason over your full account rather than ad data alone. ## Side by side | | Ad Badger | Autron | |---|---|---| | Core model | Bid algorithm + rules **you operate** | **Autonomous** daily loop + a conversational **AI agent** | | Best for | Hands-on sellers who want to learn and run PPC | Amazon-focused owner-operators who want it handled | | AI agent (Claude/ChatGPT) | No | **Yes, Autron Agent** | | Pricing basis | Tiered by **ad spend** (from ~$149/mo) | $150/mo + commission on ad **sales** (Pro); $50/mo, free tier (Agent) | | Automation scope | Bids + negative keywords, daily | Bids, placements, dayparting, negatives, campaign creation | | Data scope | Ads + sales and organic-rank views | Ads + Seller Central + Search Query Performance + inventory | | Education / community | **Excellent** (PPC Den podcast, office hours) | Docs and the Agent itself, not a learning platform | | Free entry | 14-day trial | Free Agent tier (5 credits/day); Pro from $150/mo | ## The honest tradeoffs No tool wins every case. **Ad Badger's limits.** Its pricing is based on ad spend, so the bill rises as you scale and costs the same in a bad month as a good one, which operators running seasonal spikes feel most. It is a tool you operate: the algorithm handles bids, but reviewing, rule-tuning and the wider campaign workflow stay with you, and its automation centers on bid and negative-keyword management rather than building and restructuring campaigns for you. It is Amazon-only. And, most relevant here, there is no conversational or agentic layer: nothing you can pull into Claude or ChatGPT to ask your data a question and have it act. **Autron's limits.** Ad Badger's education and community are genuinely better than ours; if you want to learn PPC deeply through a podcast and weekly office hours, that is something Autron does not try to be. Ad Badger also gives a hands-on operator more direct, in-the-loop control over individual changes, where Autron is hands-off by design, so if you want to supervise every adjustment, our approach will feel like giving up a wheel you wanted to hold. We are a smaller, newer name with a shorter track record and a younger community. And while the Agent starts free, the autonomous Pro automation is a paid product: $150/mo plus commission. ## When to choose which **Choose Ad Badger if** you want to learn and run Amazon PPC yourself with a proven bid algorithm, if its education and community (the PPC Den podcast, weekly office hours) are a genuine draw, or if you prefer to stay hands-on and supervise the changes a tool recommends. **Choose Autron if** you are an Amazon-focused owner-operator or lean team who would rather set a goal and let the daily optimization run without babysitting it, if you would rather pay on the sales generated than on the spend you run, or if you want a conversational agent sitting on your full ads-and-seller data that can both explain and act. The honest through-line: Ad Badger is the better fit if you want to be the PPC operator, with great teaching and a solid algorithm at your hands. But if your business is Amazon and you would rather hand off the daily work to an autonomous engine and simply ask an agent when you have a question, Autron is built for you. If that sounds right, you can [create a free Autron account](https://agent.autron.ai/start) (5 credits a day, no card) and upgrade to Pro from inside the app, or run a [free PPC audit](https://agent.autron.ai/start?intent=audit) first to see where your spend is leaking. ### Helium 10 vs Autron: an all-in-one Amazon seller suite vs an AI agent that runs your ads — https://autron.ai/compare/helium-10-vs-autron Verdict: Helium 10 is a strong seller suite if you want research, listings and PPC under one login. But its ad module is a rules engine, not a conversational agent. For sellers who want to query their account in plain language with automation priced on results, Autron fits better. Most "Helium 10 vs Autron" comparisons line up feature counts, which misses the real decision. These two tools are built for different jobs. Helium 10 is an all-in-one seller suite: thirty-plus tools spanning keyword research, product research, listing optimization, and an advertising module, all under one login. Autron is narrower and deeper on one thing: it runs your Amazon advertising, both through an AI agent you can talk to and an autonomous engine priced on the sales it produces. The right question is not "which has more tools." It is "do you want a broad suite where PPC is one tab, or do you want advertising actually handled for you." ## What Helium 10 is Helium 10 is the best-known all-in-one toolkit for Amazon sellers, and increasingly Walmart and TikTok Shop sellers too. Its reputation was built on research: Cerebro and Magnet for keyword intelligence, Black Box for product research, plus listing optimization, index checking, refund and inventory tools, and a stack of AI helpers for writing listings and generating images. For a seller building and ranking products, it is a deep, mature box of tools. Advertising is one part of that suite. The PPC module is now called Helium 10 Ads (it replaced the older Adtomic product in early 2025 and is built on technology from Pacvue, the enterprise retail-media platform). It covers Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. The mechanic is rules plus goals: you set bid rules toward a target ACoS, configure dayparting, keyword harvesting, negative targeting, budget rules, and rank-defense rules, and Helium 10 Ads runs them around the clock. A newer AI-driven mode lets you pick a product, set a target and daily budget, and let the engine adjust from there. It is a capable advertising tool, and for a seller already living in Helium 10 for research, having ads in the same login is convenient. ## Where Helium 10 is genuinely strong We are not going to pretend otherwise. For a lot of sellers, Helium 10 is an easy yes: - **Best-in-class keyword and product research.** Cerebro and Magnet are genuinely excellent, and the research depth is something Autron does not attempt. This is Helium 10's real moat. - **One suite for many jobs.** Listing optimization, index checking, refunds, inventory, alerts, and AI listing and image generation all in one place. If you want fewer logins, that consolidation is valuable. - **A real PPC automation engine.** Helium 10 Ads is not a toy. Bid rules, dayparting, harvesting, negatives, and goal-based automation built on Pacvue technology are serious capabilities. - **Multi-channel reach.** Amazon plus Walmart plus TikTok Shop support across parts of the suite is broader than Autron's Amazon focus. - **Maturity and scale.** A large, well-known company with a huge user base, extensive training content, and an active community. For a first tool, that lowers the risk. ## Where Autron goes further Autron starts from a different premise: most sellers do not need another research tab, they need the daily advertising work done for them and a way to actually understand what their ad account is doing. Autron delivers that in two layers. **Autron Agent is the part Helium 10 has no real answer for.** It is a conversational AI that sits on your full ads-and-seller data and works inside the tools you already use, including Claude and ChatGPT. Helium 10 has AI features, listing writers, image generators, keyword-intent clustering, but those are features bolted onto specific tools. Autron Agent is different in kind: ask it why TACoS moved on four ASINs last week and it answers from your real numbers, blending ad data with Seller Central sales and Search Query Performance. Tell it to pause your worst performers or rebuild a campaign and, with your permission, it acts. Every write action defaults to asking first, and every action is logged. Helium 10 gives you dashboards and rules to configure; Autron gives you an analyst you can talk to that also does the work. The difference from Helium 10 Ads is the level you operate at. Helium 10's rules engine is powerful but it is still something you build, tune, and watch. Pro is set-and-forget by design: you set strategy through the goal, and it executes the tactics on a cadence no human would sustain by hand. Two more differences matter for the typical seller: - **It is priced on results, not as a suite fee.** Autron Pro is $150/mo plus a commission on the ad sales it generates (0% on your first $5k of monthly ad sales, then a small declining percentage), and Autron Agent is $50/mo. Helium 10's Platinum plan is around $99/mo and Diamond around $279/mo, with Helium 10 Ads included on Diamond, while the older Adtomic add-on charged $199/mo plus 2% of spend above $10k. A suite fee costs you the same whether the advertising worked or not; Autron's sales-based model only grows when your sales do. - **It reads your whole Amazon account for advertising decisions.** Autron works across Sponsored Products, Brands and Display alongside Seller Central sales-and-traffic, Search Query Performance, and inventory, so both the agent and the engine reason over your full account rather than ad data alone. Helium 10 Ads is built around the Advertising API; the deep sales-and-search context lives in other tabs of the suite, not inside the bidding decision. ## Side by side | | Helium 10 | Autron | |---|---|---| | Core model | All-in-one suite; PPC via rules + goal automation | **Autonomous** daily ad loop + a conversational **AI agent** | | Best for | Sellers wanting research, listings and PPC in one suite | Sellers who want advertising handled, not managed | | Research tools | **Cerebro, Magnet, Black Box** and more | None (advertising-focused) | | Ad types | Sponsored Products, Brands, Display | Sponsored Products, Brands, Display | | AI agent (Claude/ChatGPT) | No (AI features, but no account-operating agent) | **Yes, Autron Agent** | | Pricing basis | ~$99/mo Platinum, ~$279/mo Diamond (suite fee) | $150/mo + commission on ad **sales** (Pro); $50/mo (Agent) | | Ad-decision data scope | Advertising API; sales/search in other tabs | Ads + Seller Central + Search Query Performance + inventory, together | | Control style | You build and tune rules; you watch them | You set the goal; Pro runs it autonomously | | Channels | Amazon, **Walmart, TikTok Shop** (suite-wide) | Amazon | ## The honest tradeoffs No tool wins every case. **Helium 10's limits, for advertising specifically.** The PPC module is one part of a research-first suite, so its advertising automation, while capable, is configured and monitored by you rather than handled for you. The pricing is a flat suite fee regardless of whether the advertising performed, and getting full ad automation generally means the Diamond tier or the legacy add-on cost. There is no conversational agent that reasons over your full ads-and-seller data and acts on the account with permission; the AI in the suite is aimed at listings, images, and keyword intent, not at running your campaigns by conversation. And because the bidding lives on the Advertising API, the rich Seller Central and Search Query context that should inform a bid sits in a different part of the product. **Autron's limits.** We do not do research. Helium 10's Cerebro and Magnet are genuinely better than anything we offer, because we do not offer it, so if keyword and product research is a core need, Helium 10 does something we do not. We are Amazon-focused, with no Walmart or TikTok Shop. We do not write listings or generate images. The Agent starts free (5 credits a day, no card), with paid plans from $50/mo, whereas Helium 10 ships AI features inside a broad suite many sellers already pay for. And we are a smaller, newer name, so if "how many sellers already use you" is the deciding question, Helium 10 wins that one. ## When to choose which **Choose Helium 10 if** you want one suite for keyword research, product research, listing optimization, and PPC, if research is central to how you operate, if you sell across Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop and want tooling that spans them, or if you prefer to build and tune your own advertising rules and keep them under one familiar login. **Choose Autron if** advertising is the job that matters most and you would rather set a goal and let the daily optimization run without babysitting it, if you would rather pay on the sales generated than on a flat suite fee, or if you want a conversational agent sitting on your full ads-and-seller data that can both explain the account and act on it. The honest through-line: Helium 10 is the stronger fit when you want a broad seller toolkit and PPC is one of several jobs you do yourself. But if your priority is advertising, and you want an AI agent plus automation that does the daily work and is priced on what it produces, Autron is built for that. The two are not mutually exclusive: plenty of sellers will keep Helium 10 for research and run advertising through Autron. If that sounds right, you can [create a free Autron account](https://agent.autron.ai/start) and upgrade to Pro from inside the app, or run a [free PPC audit](https://agent.autron.ai/start?intent=audit) first to see where your spend is leaking. ### Jungle Scout vs Autron: product-research suite vs an AI agent that runs your Amazon ads — https://autron.ai/compare/jungle-scout-vs-autron Verdict: Jungle Scout is the best-known product-research suite on Amazon, and for finding products and keywords it's excellent. But its real PPC automation lives in enterprise-priced Cobalt. For Amazon sellers who want an AI agent plus results-priced ad automation, Autron fits better. Most "Jungle Scout vs Autron" comparisons line the two up as if they do the same job. They don't. Jungle Scout is, first and foremost, a product-research and market-intelligence suite: it helps you decide what to sell and which keywords to chase. Autron is an Amazon advertising system built around two things Jungle Scout doesn't have: an AI agent you can talk to about your live account, and bid automation priced on the sales it produces. The real decision isn't "which has more features." It's "do you mainly need to find products and read the market, or do you need the daily ad work done for you and an agent that can explain and act on your account." ## What Jungle Scout is Jungle Scout is the best-known research tool on Amazon. Its core is the Product Database, one of the largest on the market at roughly 475 million products, plus Opportunity Finder, Keyword Scout, a Chrome extension, rank tracking, sales and demand estimation, review tracking, and a Listing Builder. The 2026 releases add AI Assist across four areas: sales analytics, review analysis, the listing builder, and an always-on Q&A chat. This is a genuinely strong toolkit for the question "what should I sell, and how do I list it." It ships in two tiers. **Catalyst** targets sellers in the $0 to $5M revenue range and runs roughly $49 to $149/mo (less on annual billing). **Cobalt** targets brands and enterprises above $5M, with custom, quote-based pricing on annual contracts. The important detail for an advertising comparison: Catalyst gives you advertising *analytics* and negative-keyword harvesting, but the actual PPC *automation*, bid and budget optimization, dayparting, rules, pacing controls, and DSP management, lives in Cobalt's Ad Accelerator. If you're a smaller seller on Catalyst, you have reporting on your ads, not a system running them. ## Where Jungle Scout is genuinely strong We're not going to pretend Jungle Scout is weak. For what it's built for, it's excellent: - **Product and keyword research.** The Product Database, Opportunity Finder, and Keyword Scout are best-in-class for finding products to sell and keywords to target. This is the job Jungle Scout was built around and it does it better than almost anyone. - **Market and competitor intelligence.** Cobalt adds category-level market share, competitor benchmarking, and catalog analytics across thousands of ASINs, a real view of the market, not just your own account. - **Listing and review tooling.** The Listing Builder and review analysis genuinely help conversion and SEO, which is upstream of every ad you'll ever run. - **Breadth of a mature suite.** Jungle Scout is established, widely used, and well documented, with a large content library and an AI Q&A chat that can answer how-to questions instantly. - **Affordable entry for research.** A $49/mo Catalyst plan is an easy yes for a seller who mainly needs research, and it's cheaper than Autron's cheapest paid surface. ## Where Autron goes further Autron starts from a different premise: most sellers already know roughly what they sell, and what they actually need is the daily Amazon ad work done for them and a way to understand the account. Autron delivers that in two layers. **Autron Agent is the part Jungle Scout has no real answer for.** It's a conversational AI that sits on your full ads-and-seller data and works inside the tools you already use, including Claude and ChatGPT. Ask it why TACoS moved on four ASINs last week and it answers from your real numbers, joining Sponsored Products data to Seller Central sales, Search Query Performance, and inventory. Tell it to pause your worst performers or rebuild a campaign and, with your permission, it acts; every write defaults to asking first, and every action is logged. Jungle Scout's AI Assist is real and useful, but its Q&A chat draws on help content and your reports to answer questions, not reason over your live account and then change your campaigns. That agentic layer is the clearest difference between the two. You set strategy through the goal; Pro executes against it on a cadence no human sustains by hand. Jungle Scout's equivalent automation, Cobalt's Ad Accelerator, is real and capable, but it's gated behind enterprise pricing and built for brands and agencies at scale, not the owner-operator. Two more differences matter for the typical Amazon seller: - **It's priced on results, not on a tier you have to grow into.** Autron Pro is $150/mo plus a commission on the ad sales it generates: 0% on your first $5k of monthly ad sales, then a small declining percentage. Autron Agent is $50/mo. To get comparable PPC automation from Jungle Scout you're moving into Cobalt's custom enterprise pricing on an annual contract. A flat tier costs the same whether the month went well or badly; a sales-based model only grows when your results do. - **It reads your whole account to run ads, not to research the market.** Autron works across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display alongside Seller Central sales-and-traffic, Search Query Performance, and inventory, so both the agent and the engine reason over your full account when making bid decisions. Jungle Scout's market data is broad across the catalog; Autron's data is deep on *your* account, which is what bid optimization actually needs. ## Side by side | | Jungle Scout | Autron | |---|---|---| | Core job | **Product / keyword research** + market intelligence | **Running Amazon ads**: autonomous loop + AI agent | | PPC automation | In **Cobalt** (enterprise tier) only; Catalyst is analytics | **Yes, in Pro** at the entry price | | Best for | Sellers choosing products and keywords | Amazon-focused owner-operators and lean teams running ads | | AI agent (Claude/ChatGPT) | AI Assist Q&A chat (help content + reports) | **Yes, Autron Agent** acts on your account with permission | | Pricing basis | $49 to $149/mo (Catalyst); **custom enterprise** (Cobalt) | $150/mo + commission on ad **sales** (Pro); $50/mo (Agent) | | Data scope for ads | Market + catalog data; your reports | Ads + Seller Central + Search Query Performance + inventory | | Contract | Annual contract for Cobalt | Monthly, cancel anytime; free Agent tier to start | | Fit | Research-led sellers; enterprise brands for Cobalt ads | SMB to mid-market, Amazon-first, ad-led | ## The honest tradeoffs No tool wins every case. **Jungle Scout's limits, for an advertising buyer.** If your reason for looking is "automate my PPC," Catalyst won't do it; you get analytics and negative-keyword harvesting, and the real automation sits in Cobalt behind custom enterprise pricing and an annual contract. That's a heavy lift for an owner-operator who just wants their bids managed. The AI Assist chat is helpful but isn't an agent that reasons over your live account and acts on campaigns. And Jungle Scout's center of gravity is research and market intelligence, so as a day-to-day ad operator's tool it's secondary to its primary job. **Autron's limits.** We don't do product research. If "find me the next product to sell" is your main need, Jungle Scout is the better tool, full stop, and it's reasonable to research there and automate ads here. We don't offer Cobalt's market-wide competitor and category intelligence across thousands of ASINs; we read your account deeply, not the whole market broadly. The Agent starts free (5 credits a day, no card), with paid plans from $50/mo, just above Jungle Scout's $49 research entry. And we're a smaller, newer name than Jungle Scout, so if reach and track record are the deciding factors, that's a fair point against us. ## When to choose which **Choose Jungle Scout if** your main job is finding products and keywords, sizing a market, or analyzing competitors and reviews, if you want a mature research suite with a big database and an AI Q&A chat, or if you're an enterprise brand or agency ready to buy Cobalt for market-wide analytics and managed PPC at scale. **Choose Autron if** you already know what you sell and want the daily Amazon ad work done for you, if you'd rather set a goal and let optimization run without babysitting it, if you'd rather pay on the sales generated than buy into an enterprise tier, or if you want a conversational agent sitting on your full ads-and-seller data that can both explain the account and act on it. The honest through-line: Jungle Scout is the stronger choice for deciding *what* to sell and reading the market, and for enterprise brands its Cobalt tier runs ads at scale. But if your business is Amazon and your need is running ads, with an AI agent plus automation that does the daily work and is priced on what it produces, Autron is built for you. If that sounds right, you can [create a free Autron account](https://agent.autron.ai/start) and upgrade to Pro from inside the app, or run a [free PPC audit](https://agent.autron.ai/start?intent=audit) first to see where your spend is leaking. ### Pacvue vs Autron: enterprise commerce-media platform vs an AI agent that runs your Amazon ads — https://autron.ai/compare/pacvue-vs-autron Verdict: Pacvue is an enterprise commerce-media platform for big brands advertising across Amazon, Walmart and Instacart. Its AI agent lives inside Pacvue, built for enterprise. Amazon-focused operators who want an agent in Claude/ChatGPT plus results-priced automation fit Autron better. Most "Pacvue vs Autron" comparisons turn into a feature checklist, which misses the actual decision. These two tools are built for different jobs. Pacvue is an enterprise commerce-media platform: one console to run paid media across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart and Target, with DSP, AMC, inventory-aware execution, and the price tag a large program expects. Autron is an Amazon-focused system built around two ideas that fit a different shape of seller: an AI agent you can talk to inside the tools you already use, and pricing tied to the sales it produces. Both now have an AI agent, so the real question is not "who has an agent." It is "do you need broad multi-retailer reach with an enterprise team, or do you want an agent in Claude and ChatGPT plus hands-off automation for Amazon, priced on results." ## What Pacvue is Pacvue is a commerce-media platform that optimizes paid media across multiple retailers from one interface: Amazon, Walmart, Instacart and Target, covering Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP, and Amazon Marketing Cloud. The core mechanic is goal-based bid automation: you set targets and budgets, and Pacvue's engine adjusts bids and budgets toward them. What sets it apart at the enterprise end is retail-aware execution. Pacvue watches Buy Box ownership, inventory, and pricing at the ASIN level, and lets those signals automatically trigger media actions such as pausing, reallocating, or scaling spend so budget isn't burned on products that can't convert. In April 2026 Pacvue launched Pacvue Agent, an AI agent for Amazon Ads that diagnoses performance changes, prioritizes actions, translates plain-language questions into AMC-ready SQL, and moves to approval-based execution with guardrails. It is accessed through Pacvue's own platform and Slack, and Pacvue followed it in May 2026 with an MCP server to connect commerce-media data to outside AI tools. That breadth and depth is the point: if you are an enterprise brand or agency running media across several retail networks, Pacvue consolidates them into one governed surface. It is a serious, well-resourced platform, and it does the job it is built for. ## Where Pacvue is genuinely strong We are not going to pretend otherwise. For the right buyer, Pacvue is a strong choice: - **Multi-retailer breadth.** Amazon plus Walmart plus Instacart plus Target in one view is its real moat. If your media runs across all of those, that consolidation is valuable, and it is something Autron does not do. - **Enterprise depth.** Amazon DSP, AMC, Share of Voice, hourly metrics, and segment-level goals are built for large, sophisticated programs. - **Retail-aware execution.** Buy Box, inventory, and pricing signals that automatically gate ad spend at the ASIN level is genuinely good plumbing for big catalogs. - **A real automation engine, and now an agent.** Goal-based bid adjustment is real optimization, and Pacvue Agent adds diagnose-and-act with approval gates. They were early to this and have shipped it. - **Scale and standing.** Pacvue serves a very large base of brands and agencies and is a known, procurement-friendly name. For an enterprise buying process, that matters. ## Where Autron goes further Autron starts from a different premise: most Amazon sellers do not need a second or third retail network or an enterprise contract, they need the daily Amazon work done for them and a way to actually understand their account. Autron delivers that in two layers. **Autron Agent meets Pacvue's agent on different ground.** Pacvue Agent is real, but it lives inside Pacvue's enterprise platform and Slack, gated behind approvals, and built for large teams; its connector path to outside AI tools is newer. Autron Agent is the inverse. It is a conversational AI that sits on your full ads-and-seller data and runs natively inside Claude and ChatGPT, where many operators already work. Ask it why TACoS moved on four ASINs last week and it answers from your real numbers. Tell it to pause your worst performers or rebuild a campaign and, with your permission, it acts. Both companies built an agent; the difference is who it is for and where it lives. Pacvue's belongs to the enterprise console. Autron's belongs in the AI client an owner-operator already has open, at $50/mo, with a free tier to start. You set strategy through the goal and Pro executes against it on a cadence no person sustains by hand, rather than asking you to approve every change in a queue. Two more differences matter for the typical Amazon seller: - **It is priced on results, not on a platform fee plus spend.** Autron Pro is $150/mo plus a commission on the ad sales it generates (0% on your first $5k of monthly ad sales, then 2% to $10k, 1% to $50k, and 0.5% above), and Autron Agent is $50/mo. Pacvue does not publish pricing, but reported terms are roughly a $500/mo minimum or up to about 3% of ad spend, whichever is higher. A spend-based fee gets richer when your ACoS gets worse; a sales-based model only grows when your results do. - **It reads your whole Amazon account.** Autron works across Sponsored Products, Brands and Display alongside Seller Central sales-and-traffic, Search Query Performance, and inventory, so both the agent and the engine reason over your full account rather than ad data alone. ## Side by side | | Pacvue | Autron | |---|---|---| | Core model | Enterprise commerce-media OS + goal-based automation | **Autonomous** daily loop + a conversational **AI agent** | | Best for | Enterprise brands, agencies, **multi-retailer** programs | Amazon-focused owner-operators and lean teams | | Retailers | Amazon, **Walmart, Instacart, Target** | Amazon (SP/SB/SD) | | AI agent | Yes, embedded in Pacvue platform + Slack, approval-gated | **Yes, native in Claude and ChatGPT** | | Pricing basis | ~$500/mo min or up to ~3% of ad **spend**, custom, upmarket | $150/mo + commission on ad **sales** (Pro); $50/mo (Agent) | | Data scope | Ads across retailers, DSP/AMC, Buy Box/inventory | Ads + Seller Central + Search Query Performance + inventory | | Onboarding | Sales-led, demo + contract | Self-serve signup, free to start | | Fit | Enterprise, cross-retail-media, in-house teams | SMB to mid-market, Amazon-first | ## The honest tradeoffs No tool wins every case. **Pacvue's limits.** It is built and priced for the enterprise: a reported ~$500/mo floor or a percentage of spend, sales-led onboarding, and custom contracts price out most owner-operators, and the parent group steers smaller sellers toward Helium 10 rather than Pacvue itself. Reviewers describe the platform as powerful but heavy, assuming dedicated PPC expertise, which is a lot of surface for a lean team. Its agent is genuinely capable, but it is Amazon-only at launch, governed by approval queues, and tied to the Pacvue platform; if you want an agent that simply lives in the AI tool you already use, that is not yet its center of gravity. And the percentage-of-spend basis means the bill grows with spend regardless of whether the spend worked. **Autron's limits.** We are Amazon-focused: no Walmart, Instacart or Target today, so if you genuinely run cross-retail-media, Pacvue does something we do not. We do not offer DSP or AMC tooling at Pacvue's level. The Agent starts free (5 credits a day, no card), with paid plans from $50/mo and Pro at $150/mo plus commission. And we are a smaller, newer, bootstrapped name against a large enterprise incumbent, so if "who else uses you at enterprise scale" is the deciding question, that is a fair point against us. ## When to choose which **Choose Pacvue if** you are an enterprise brand or agency running ads across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart and Target and want a single governed console for all of it, if you need DSP and AMC depth or Buy-Box-aware spend gating across a large catalog, if you have an in-house team to run it, or if a large, established vendor is a procurement requirement. **Choose Autron if** you are an Amazon-focused owner-operator or lean team who would rather set a goal and let the daily optimization run without babysitting a queue, if you would rather pay on the ad sales generated than on a platform fee plus percentage of spend, or if you want a conversational agent that lives inside Claude and ChatGPT, sits on your full ads-and-seller data, and can both explain and act. The honest through-line: Pacvue is the stronger fit for a large, multi-retailer program with the budget and the team to run it, and it now has a capable agent of its own inside that platform. But if your business is Amazon and you want an AI agent in the tools you already use plus automation that does the daily work and is priced on what it produces, Autron is built for you. If that sounds right, you can [create a free Autron account](https://agent.autron.ai/start) and upgrade to Pro from inside the app, or run a [free PPC audit](https://agent.autron.ai/start?intent=audit) first to see where your spend is leaking. ### Perpetua vs Autron: enterprise retail-media platform vs an AI agent that runs your Amazon ads — https://autron.ai/compare/perpetua-vs-autron Verdict: Perpetua is a powerful enterprise retail-media platform, best if you run ads across Amazon, Walmart and Instacart at scale. But it's expensive, complex, and has no AI agent. For Amazon-focused sellers who want an agent plus results-priced automation, Autron fits better. Most "Perpetua vs Autron" comparisons turn into a feature checklist, which misses the actual decision. These two tools are built for different jobs. Perpetua is an enterprise retail-media platform: one console to run paid media across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart and Google, with the depth and price tag a large program expects. Autron is an Amazon-focused system built around two ideas Perpetua does not have: an AI agent you can talk to, and pricing tied to the sales it produces. The right question is not "which has more features." It is "do you need broad multi-retailer reach, or do you want an agent plus hands-off automation for Amazon." ## What Perpetua is Perpetua, now part of Ascential, is a goal-based advertising platform spanning Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, video, and Amazon DSP, and it reaches beyond Amazon into Walmart, Instacart and Google Ads from a single interface. The core mechanic is goals in, bids out: you set a target ACoS or ROAS and a daily budget, optionally split by objective (growth, profitability, brand defense, awareness) or by brand, category and competitor segments, and Perpetua's engine adjusts bids daily toward that target on the keywords most likely to convert. It layers on enterprise reporting that big programs want, including hourly performance data and Share of Voice. That breadth is the point. If you are a mid-market or enterprise brand advertising across several retail-media networks at once, Perpetua consolidates them into one place. It is a serious, well-resourced platform, and it does the job it is built for. ## Where Perpetua is genuinely strong We are not going to pretend otherwise. For the right buyer, Perpetua is a strong choice: - **Multi-retailer breadth.** Amazon plus Walmart plus Instacart plus Google in one view is its real moat. If your media runs across all of those, that consolidation is valuable, and it is something Autron does not do. - **Enterprise depth.** Amazon DSP, AMC, Share of Voice, hourly metrics, and segment-level goals are built for large, sophisticated programs. - **A real automation engine.** Goals in, daily bid adjustment toward target. This is genuine optimization, not a rules builder you have to babysit. - **Polished and supported.** The interface is well regarded and the support team is frequently praised in reviews. - **Safe-incumbent comfort.** Ascential-backed, established, and well known. For a procurement process, that matters. ## Where Autron goes further Autron starts from a different premise: most Amazon sellers do not need a second retail network, they need the daily Amazon work done for them and a way to actually understand their account. Autron delivers that in two layers. **Autron Agent is the part Perpetua has no answer for.** It is a conversational AI that sits on your full ads-and-seller data and works inside the tools you already use, including Claude and ChatGPT. Ask it why TACoS moved on four ASINs last week and it answers from your real numbers. Tell it to pause your worst performers or rebuild a campaign and, with your permission, it acts. Perpetua gives you a powerful dashboard to read; Autron gives you an analyst you can talk to that also does the work. There is no equivalent to this in Perpetua today. You set strategy through the goal and Pro executes against it, rather than restructuring your account out from under you. Two more differences matter for the typical Amazon seller: - **It is priced on results, not on a platform fee.** Autron Pro is $150/mo plus a commission on the ad sales it generates (0% on your first $5k of monthly ad sales, then a small declining percentage), and Autron Agent is $50/mo. Perpetua starts around $695/mo plus a percentage of ad spend. A platform-fee-plus-spend model costs the same whether the month went well or badly; a sales-based model only grows when your results do. - **It reads your whole Amazon account.** Autron works across Sponsored Products, Brands and Display alongside Seller Central sales-and-traffic, Search Query Performance, and inventory, so both the agent and the engine reason over your full account rather than ad data alone. ## Side by side | | Perpetua | Autron | |---|---|---| | Core model | Goal-based bid automation, enterprise console | **Autonomous** daily loop + a conversational **AI agent** | | Best for | Mid-market / enterprise, **multi-retailer** programs | Amazon-focused owner-operators and lean teams | | Retailers | Amazon, **Walmart, Instacart**, Google | Amazon (SP/SB/SD) | | AI agent (Claude/ChatGPT) | No | **Yes — Autron Agent** | | Pricing basis | ~$695/mo + **% of ad spend**, scaling upmarket | $150/mo + commission on ad **sales** (Pro); $50/mo (Agent) | | Data scope | Ads across retailers, DSP/AMC | Ads + Seller Central + Search Query Performance + inventory | | Control | Engine restructures campaigns; less operator say | You set the goal; Pro runs it without rebuilding your account | | Fit | Enterprise, cross-retail-media | SMB to mid-market, Amazon-first | ## The honest tradeoffs No tool wins every case. **Perpetua's limits.** The entry price (around $695/mo plus a percentage of spend) prices out most owner-operators, and reviewers consistently describe the platform as complex and assuming PPC expertise, which makes it heavy for solo sellers and lean teams. A recurring complaint is limited control: the engine tends to take down existing campaigns and build its own, sometimes over profitable ones, with little say in how things are managed. Feedback is genuinely polarized, with a real tail of users reporting losses and frustrating support experiences alongside the advocates. And there is no conversational or agentic product to lean on when you just want to ask your data a question. **Autron's limits.** We are Amazon-focused: no Walmart, Instacart or Google today, so if you genuinely run cross-retail-media, Perpetua does something we do not. We do not offer deep DSP or AMC tooling at Perpetua's level. The Agent starts free (5 credits a day, no card), with paid plans from $50/mo and Pro at $150/mo plus commission. And we are a smaller, newer name than an Ascential-backed incumbent, so if "who else uses you at enterprise scale" is the deciding question, that is a fair point against us. ## When to choose which **Choose Perpetua if** you are a mid-market or enterprise brand running ads across Amazon, Walmart and Instacart and want a single console to manage all of it, if you need DSP and AMC depth, or if a large, established, procurement-friendly vendor is a requirement. **Choose Autron if** you are an Amazon-focused owner-operator or lean team who would rather set a goal and let the daily optimization run without babysitting it, if you would rather pay on the sales generated than on a platform fee plus spend, or if you want a conversational agent sitting on your full ads-and-seller data that can both explain and act. The honest through-line: Perpetua is the stronger fit for a large, multi-retailer program with the budget and the team to run it. But it's expensive and has no AI agent. For Amazon-focused sellers who want an agent plus results-priced automation, Autron fits better. Most "Quartile vs Autron" comparisons turn into a feature checklist, which misses the actual decision. These two tools are built for different jobs. Quartile is an enterprise retail-media platform: one engine to run paid media across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Google and more, with managed-service support and the price tag a large program expects. Autron is an Amazon-focused system built around two ideas Quartile does not have: an AI agent you can talk to, and pricing tied to the sales it produces. The right question is not "which has more features." It is "do you need broad cross-channel reach with a managed team, or do you want an agent plus hands-off automation for Amazon." ## What Quartile is Quartile is an AI and machine-learning advertising platform that optimizes paid media across multiple channels from one place, with Amazon at the center and reach into Walmart, Instacart, Google, Meta, Microsoft and Criteo-powered retail networks. On Amazon it covers Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, with Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud available as part of its enterprise depth. The core mechanic is granular automation: Quartile builds and manages a large number of single-keyword, single-ASIN, single-match-type campaigns and adjusts bids hourly using Amazon Marketing Stream data, continuously mining search terms to add converting keywords and negate poor performers. It pairs that engine with managed-service account support, which is a meaningful part of what you are buying. That breadth and that hands-on support are the point. If you are a mid-market or enterprise brand advertising across several channels at once and you want a team behind the platform, Quartile consolidates that into one engagement. It is a serious, well-resourced platform, and it does the job it is built for. ## Where Quartile is genuinely strong We are not going to pretend otherwise. For the right buyer, Quartile is a strong choice: - **Cross-channel breadth.** Amazon plus Walmart, Instacart, Google, Meta and more in one platform is its real moat. If your media runs across all of those, that consolidation is valuable, and it is something Autron does not do. - **Granular, high-frequency optimization.** A single-keyword campaign architecture with hourly bidding off Amazon Marketing Stream is a genuine, sophisticated approach, not a rules builder you babysit. - **Enterprise depth.** Amazon DSP and AMC, expanded reporting, and path-to-purchase insight are built for large, sophisticated programs. - **Managed-service support.** You get account managers and strategists alongside the software, which large teams value and which a pure self-serve tool does not provide. - **Established and well-resourced.** Quartile is a known name in retail-media optimization with a long track record. For a procurement process, that matters. ## Where Autron goes further Autron starts from a different premise: most Amazon sellers do not need a second retail network or a managed-service contract, they need the daily Amazon work done for them and a way to actually understand their account. Autron delivers that in two layers. **Autron Agent is the part Quartile has no answer for.** It is a conversational AI that sits on your full ads-and-seller data and works inside the tools you already use, including Claude and ChatGPT. Ask it why TACoS moved on four ASINs last week and it answers from your real numbers. Tell it to pause your worst performers or rebuild a campaign and, with your permission, it acts. Quartile gives you a powerful engine plus a team to read the results for you; Autron gives you an analyst you can talk to directly that also does the work. There is no equivalent conversational or agentic product in Quartile today. You set strategy through the goal and Pro executes against it, rather than restructuring your account out from under you. Two more differences matter for the typical Amazon seller: - **It is priced on results, not on a platform fee plus spend.** Autron Pro is $150/mo plus a commission on the ad sales it generates (0% on your first $5k of monthly ad sales, then a small declining percentage), and Autron Agent is $50/mo. Quartile typically combines a flat monthly fee with a percentage of managed ad spend, often with onboarding fees and a longer contract. A fee tied to spend costs the same whether the month went well or badly; a sales-based model only grows when your results do. - **It reads your whole Amazon account.** Autron works across Sponsored Products, Brands and Display alongside Seller Central sales-and-traffic, Search Query Performance, and inventory, so both the agent and the engine reason over your full account rather than ad data alone. ## Side by side | | Quartile | Autron | |---|---|---| | Core model | AI bid optimization + managed service, cross-channel | **Autonomous** daily loop + a conversational **AI agent** | | Best for | Mid-market / enterprise, **cross-channel** programs | Amazon-focused owner-operators and lean teams | | Channels | Amazon, **Walmart, Instacart, Google, Meta** and more | Amazon (SP/SB/SD) | | AI agent (Claude/ChatGPT) | No | **Yes, Autron Agent** | | Pricing basis | Flat fee + **% of ad spend**, onboarding + contract | $150/mo + commission on ad **sales** (Pro); $50/mo (Agent) | | Data scope | Ads across channels, DSP/AMC | Ads + Seller Central + Search Query Performance + inventory | | Onboarding | Setup fee + longer commitment common | Self-serve signup, free to start | | Fit | Enterprise, cross-channel, managed | SMB to mid-market, Amazon-first | ## The honest tradeoffs No tool wins every case. **Quartile's limits.** The pricing model (a flat fee plus a percentage of ad spend, frequently with onboarding fees and a multi-month commitment) is built for brands with substantial spend and prices out most owner-operators and lean teams. Because it is partly a managed service, you are also buying an engagement, not just software you drive yourself, which is heavier than many small sellers want. Quartile does not publish fixed pricing, so you have to go through a custom quote to learn your real cost. And there is no conversational or agentic product to lean on when you just want to ask your data a question and have it act. **Autron's limits.** We are Amazon-focused: no Walmart, Instacart, Google or Meta today, so if you genuinely run cross-channel media, Quartile does something we do not. We do not offer deep DSP or AMC tooling at Quartile's level, and we are self-serve rather than a managed service, so you do not get a dedicated account team. Our autonomous Pro automation starts at $150/mo plus commission and the Agent at $50/mo, though the Agent itself starts free (5 credits a day, no card). And we are a smaller, newer name than an established retail-media platform, so if "who else uses you at enterprise scale" is the deciding question, that is a fair point against us. ## When to choose which **Choose Quartile if** you are a mid-market or enterprise brand running ads across Amazon, Walmart, Google and more and want a single platform with a managed team to run all of it, if you need DSP and AMC depth, or if a large, established, procurement-friendly vendor with hands-on support is a requirement. The honest through-line: Quartile is the stronger fit for a large, cross-channel program with the budget and the team to run it. But if your business is Amazon and you want an AI agent plus automation that does the daily work and is priced on what it produces, Autron is built for you. If that sounds right, you can [create a free Autron account](https://agent.autron.ai/start) and upgrade to Pro from inside the app, or run a [free PPC audit](https://agent.autron.ai/start?intent=audit) first to see where your spend is leaking. ### Scale Insights vs Autron: a hands-on rules engine vs an AI agent that runs your Amazon ads — https://autron.ai/compare/scale-insights-vs-autron Verdict: Scale Insights is a strong, affordable Amazon PPC engine if you enjoy building and tuning the rules yourself. But it has a steep learning curve and no AI agent. For sellers who'd rather ask their data in plain language and let automation run hands-off, Autron fits better. Most "Scale Insights vs Autron" comparisons turn into a feature checklist, which misses the actual decision. Both tools automate Amazon PPC, and both are real options for an owner-operator rather than only an enterprise. The difference is in how you want the work done. Scale Insights hands you a powerful workshop: dozens of algorithms, roughly a hundred parameters, and the controls to tune all of it yourself. Autron is built around two ideas Scale Insights does not have: an AI agent you can talk to, and pricing tied to the sales it produces. The right question is not "which has more knobs." It is "do you want to build and maintain the rules yourself, or set a goal and have an agent run it and answer your questions." ## What Scale Insights is Scale Insights is an Amazon PPC automation platform built by seven-figure Amazon sellers, focused squarely on advertising. The core mechanic is a deep set of algorithms you configure: dynamic bidding to a target ACoS, negative-keyword automation, dayparting, placement-percentage adjustment, status rules that pause or enable ads on performance, a "revive" algorithm that raises bids on dormant keywords with strong history, daily-budget rules, and an import algorithm that harvests profitable search terms out of auto campaigns. It spans Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, reads both ad and sales analytics, and runs across the major Amazon marketplaces. A notable touch is its paper-trade preview, which lets you simulate what an algorithm would do before it goes live. That depth is the point. If you are a hands-on seller who likes to see and control exactly how each lever moves, Scale Insights gives you that control at a price that stays accessible to SMBs. It is a serious tool, and it does the job it is built for. ## Where Scale Insights is genuinely strong We are not going to pretend otherwise. For the right buyer, Scale Insights is a strong choice: - **Granular control.** Roughly a hundred parameters across a dozen-plus algorithms means you can express almost any bidding, negation or dayparting logic you have in mind. For sellers who already know what they want, that is real power. - **Paper-trade previews.** Simulating an algorithm's effect before it executes is a genuinely good safety feature, and not every competitor offers it. - **Affordable, transparent entry.** Per-ASIN tiers start around $78/mo for 5 ASINs and scale predictably. You can start small and grow. - **Built by operators.** The product reflects real Amazon selling experience, and reviewers credit it with practical, performance-minded defaults. - **Responsive support and community.** Live chat, email and an active user community are frequently praised. ## Where Autron goes further Autron starts from a different premise: most Amazon sellers do not want to become PPC engineers, they want the daily work done for them and a way to actually understand their account. Autron delivers that in two layers. **Autron Agent is the part Scale Insights has no answer for.** It is a conversational AI that sits on your full ads-and-seller data and works inside the tools you already use, including Claude and ChatGPT. Ask it why TACoS moved on four ASINs last week and it answers from your real numbers. Tell it to pause your worst performers or rebuild a campaign and, with your permission, it acts. Scale Insights gives you algorithms to configure and dashboards to read; Autron gives you an analyst you can talk to that also does the work. There is no equivalent conversational or agentic product in Scale Insights today. The contrast with Scale Insights is in the ownership: there, the rules are yours to build, validate and maintain; with Pro, you set strategy through the goal and the engine executes against it, no rule library to tend. Two more differences matter for the typical Amazon seller: - **It is priced on results, not on ASIN count or spend.** Autron Pro is $150/mo plus a commission on the ad sales it generates (0% on your first $5k of monthly ad sales, then a small declining percentage), and Autron Agent is $50/mo. Scale Insights charges by the number of ASINs you automate, or about 1% of ad spend for unlimited. A per-ASIN or percent-of-spend fee costs the same whether the month went well or badly; a sales-based model only grows when your results do. - **It reads your whole Amazon account.** Autron works across Sponsored Products, Brands and Display alongside Seller Central sales-and-traffic, Search Query Performance, and inventory, so both the agent and the engine reason over your full account. Bid decisions made with sales context, search-rank trends and inventory state are harder to spook than ones made on ad data alone. ## Side by side | | Scale Insights | Autron | |---|---|---| | Core model | Configurable **rules + algorithm** engine you tune | **Autonomous** daily loop + a conversational **AI agent** | | Best for | Hands-on sellers who want to build the logic | Amazon sellers who'd rather set a goal and let it run | | Ad types | SP, SB, SD | SP, SB, SD | | AI agent (Claude/ChatGPT) | No | **Yes, Autron Agent** | | Pricing basis | Per **ASIN** tiers (~$78–$688/mo) or ~1% of spend | $150/mo + commission on ad **sales** (Pro); $50/mo (Agent) | | Data scope | Ads + sales analytics | Ads + Seller Central + Search Query Performance + inventory | | Setup | You configure algorithms and parameters | You set one goal; Pro runs the tactics | | Learning curve | Steep; rewards expertise | Low; goal in, automation out | ## The honest tradeoffs No tool wins every case. **Scale Insights' limits.** The power is also the cost: reviewers consistently describe a steep initial learning curve, and the dozen-plus algorithms and roughly hundred parameters can overwhelm beginners. It is hands-on by design, so you own the rules, their validation, and their upkeep as your account changes. Its scope is ad optimization specifically, not broader seller tooling like listing optimization or repricing, and it is a desktop platform with no mobile app. Most importantly here, there is no conversational or agentic product to lean on when you just want to ask your data a question in plain language. **Autron's limits.** Scale Insights gives a power user more direct, parameter-level control than Autron's dashboard intentionally exposes; if you want to hand-tune every algorithm, that is a fair point in its favor. Autron Agent starts free (5 credits a day, no card), with paid plans from $50/mo; Scale Insights instead offers a 30-day, single-ASIN trial. We are Amazon-focused and do not manage Vendor Central or deep DSP and AMC tooling. And we are a smaller, newer name, so if track record and customer count are the deciding question, that is a fair point against us. The Agent itself is also young: conversational write actions and scheduled routines are live, but more is on the roadmap. ## When to choose which **Choose Scale Insights if** you are a hands-on Amazon seller who enjoys building and tuning your own bidding, negation and dayparting logic, if parameter-level control and paper-trade previews matter more to you than hands-off operation, or if a low per-ASIN entry price for pure ad automation is the priority and you have the time to learn the system. **Choose Autron if** you are an Amazon seller who would rather set a goal and let the daily optimization run without maintaining a rule library, if you would rather pay on the sales generated than on ASIN count or spend, or if you want a conversational agent sitting on your full ads-and-seller data that can both explain the account and act on it with your permission. The honest through-line: Scale Insights is the stronger fit for the hands-on operator who wants to own the logic and has the time to master it. But if your business is Amazon and you want an AI agent plus automation that does the daily work for you and is priced on what it produces, Autron is built for you. If that sounds right, you can [create a free Autron account](https://agent.autron.ai/start) and upgrade to Pro from inside the app, or run a [free PPC audit](https://agent.autron.ai/start?intent=audit) first to see where your spend is leaking. ### Sellerboard vs Autron: an FBA profit dashboard vs an AI agent that runs your Amazon ads — https://autron.ai/compare/sellerboard-vs-autron Verdict: Sellerboard is a good, cheap profit-analytics dashboard for Amazon FBA, and its PPC automation is a fair starter. But ads are a side module, not the product, and there's no AI agent. If you want an agent you can talk to plus ad automation priced on results, Autron fits better. Most "Sellerboard vs Autron" comparisons line the two up feature by feature, which hides the real decision. These tools are built for different jobs. Sellerboard is, first and foremost, a profit-analytics dashboard for Amazon FBA sellers: it connects to Seller Central, subtracts every fee, COGS, refund and ad cost, and shows you what you actually netted by product, period and marketplace. PPC automation is a module bolted onto that. Autron is the other way around: advertising is the whole point, delivered as an AI agent you can talk to plus an autonomous engine that runs the daily ad work, priced on the sales it produces. The question is not "which has more features." It is "do I mainly want to see my profit clearly and dabble in ad automation, or do I want a system that actually runs my Amazon advertising." ## What Sellerboard is Sellerboard is an accurate, affordable profit-analytics tool for Amazon sellers. It connects to Seller Central via API and pulls sales, fees, advertising spend and refunds in near real time, then presents a live P&L broken down by product, period and marketplace. The dashboard surfaces the KPIs sellers care about: units, sales, ad cost, FBA and FBM shipping, Amazon fees, cost of goods, and gross and net profit. Around that core it stacks a useful FBA toolkit: follow-up email campaigns for reviews, FBA reimbursement hunting for lost or damaged inventory, stock and reorder planning, and COGS tracking by batch. The PPC piece sits inside that analytics product. With Smart Portfolios you set a target ACOS or profit margin, and Sellerboard discovers keywords, adjusts bids daily at the keyword level, harvests winning search terms into manual campaigns, and filters out poor performers as negatives, all under one shared daily budget. You can run it in manual mode (apply the recommendations yourself) or autopilot (it applies them for you), with fast, moderate, slow or custom bidding speeds. For a seller who lives in the profit dashboard and wants ad automation that comes along for the ride, that is a reasonable package at a low price. ## Where Sellerboard is genuinely strong We are not going to pretend otherwise. For the right buyer, Sellerboard is an easy recommendation: - **Accurate, real profit.** It nets out every fee, referral, storage charge, refund and ad cost to show true profit after expenses. That is the thing it is best at, and it is genuinely good at it. - **Cheap.** Plans run roughly $19 to $79/mo by order volume, with every feature in every tier. For a starting or budget-conscious seller, that price is hard to argue with. - **All-in-one FBA toolkit.** Reimbursements, follow-up emails, inventory and reorder planning, COGS by batch. A lot of seller housekeeping in one place. - **Strong EU VAT handling.** Frequently called out as better than most competitors, which matters a great deal for European sellers. - **PPC automation that exists and works.** Goal-based bid adjustment and keyword harvesting are real, included in every plan, and fine as a first step into automation. - **A 30-day free trial, no card.** Low-friction to try, which is part of why it is so widely adopted. ## Where Autron goes further Autron starts from a different premise: profit reporting is table stakes, and the place most sellers actually lose money and time is the daily advertising work and the inability to interrogate their own account. Autron delivers two layers aimed squarely at that. **Autron Agent is the part Sellerboard has no answer for.** It is a conversational AI that sits on your full ads-and-seller data and works inside the tools you already use, including Claude and ChatGPT. Ask it why TACoS moved on four ASINs last week and it answers from your real numbers, joining ad data to sales, search-query rank and inventory. Tell it to pause your worst performers or rebuild a campaign and, with your permission, it acts. Every write action is permission-gated and logged, so you stay in control. Sellerboard gives you a dashboard and a P&L to read; Autron gives you an analyst you can talk to that also does the work. There is no conversational or agentic product in Sellerboard today. There is also a free Agent tier (5 credits a day) and a $50/mo plan, so trying the agentic layer costs nothing to start. Sellerboard's Smart Portfolios adjust bids daily and harvest keywords, which is real; Pro runs a tighter loop across more of the advertising surface, and across Sponsored Products, Brands and Display rather than leaning on Sponsored Products alone. Two more differences matter for a seller deciding where ad budget goes: - **It is priced on results, not a flat tool fee.** Autron Pro is $150/mo plus a commission on the ad sales it generates (0% on your first $5k of monthly ad sales, then a small declining percentage), and Autron Agent is $50/mo. Sellerboard's fee is lower and flat, but it is a fee for software whether your ads do well or badly. Autron's sales-based piece only grows when your ad-driven sales do. - **It reasons over your whole Amazon account.** Both tools read Seller Central. But Autron's engine and agent reason over Sponsored Products, Brands and Display alongside sales-and-traffic, Search Query Performance and inventory together, so ad decisions are made with sales context and search-rank trends, not ad metrics in isolation. ## Side by side | | Sellerboard | Autron | |---|---|---| | Core product | **Profit-analytics dashboard** + bolt-on PPC automation | **Autonomous** ad engine + a conversational **AI agent** | | Best for | FBA sellers who want cheap, accurate profit truth | Sellers who want their Amazon ads actually run | | PPC scope | Mostly Sponsored Products; daily bid + keyword harvesting | Sponsored Products, Brands and Display; ~3-hour loop | | AI agent (Claude/ChatGPT) | No | **Yes, Autron Agent** | | Pricing basis | Flat ~$19 to $79/mo by order volume | $150/mo + commission on ad **sales** (Pro); $50/mo (Agent) | | Data scope | Seller Central P&L, fees, reimbursements, ad spend | Ads + Seller Central + Search Query Performance + inventory | | Profit tooling | **Deep** (P&L, reimbursements, COGS, follow-up emails) | Lighter; advertising-first, profit-aware | | Fit | Budget sellers, profit-first, light ad automation | Owner-operators and lean teams who want ads handled | ## The honest tradeoffs No tool wins every case. **Sellerboard's limits.** Advertising is a side module, not the product. The PPC automation is real but, as reviewers note, blunt for nuanced account management, and it leans on Sponsored Products rather than running the full ad surface. There is no organic-versus-PPC revenue split and limited real conversion-rate visibility, which constrains how deeply you can reason about ad performance. And there is no conversational or agentic product: you read dashboards, you do not ask your data a question and have it act. If your problem is "run my Amazon ads well," Sellerboard is a profit tool that also nudges bids, not an advertising system. **Autron's limits.** We are not a profit-accounting suite. Sellerboard's P&L depth, reimbursement hunting, EU VAT handling and follow-up emails are genuinely better than anything we ship, and many sellers will want exactly those. We are also more expensive once Pro's commission kicks in, so for a small account that mostly wants clean profit numbers and a touch of bid automation, Sellerboard is the cheaper, sensible buy. We are Amazon-focused, Seller Central only, no Vendor Central or DSP. And the Agent is newer than Sellerboard's long-established analytics product, so if track record on profit reporting is your deciding factor, that is a fair point against us. ## When to choose which **Choose Sellerboard if** your first need is accurate profit tracking and FBA housekeeping at a low monthly price, if EU VAT accuracy matters to you, if reimbursements and follow-up emails are part of your workflow, or if you want simple goal-based bid automation as a bonus rather than the main event. **Choose Autron if** advertising is the job to be done: you would rather set a goal and let an autonomous engine run bids, placements, dayparting and negative-keyword harvesting across Sponsored Products, Brands and Display without babysitting it, if you would rather pay on the ad sales generated than on a flat tool fee, or if you want a conversational agent sitting on your full ads-and-seller data that can both explain the account and act on it. The honest through-line: Sellerboard is the better buy if you mainly want to see your profit clearly and cheaply, with light ad automation along for the ride. Many sellers will happily run it for the P&L. But if your money and time are going into Amazon advertising and you want an AI agent plus automation that does the daily work and is priced on what it produces, that is the half of the problem Autron is built for, and the two can sit side by side. If that sounds right, you can [create a free Autron account](https://agent.autron.ai/start) and upgrade to Pro from inside the app, or run a [free PPC audit](https://agent.autron.ai/start?intent=audit) first to see where your spend is leaking. ### Teikametrics vs Autron: multi-marketplace AI optimization vs an AI agent that runs your Amazon ads — https://autron.ai/compare/teikametrics-vs-autron Verdict: Teikametrics is a capable multi-marketplace platform, best across Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop. But its paid tiers add a percentage of ad spend, and it has no conversational agent. For Amazon sellers who want an agent plus results-priced automation, Autron fits better. Most "Teikametrics vs Autron" comparisons turn into a feature checklist, which misses the actual decision. These two tools are built for different jobs. Teikametrics is a multi-marketplace optimization platform: one place to run ads, listings and inventory across Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop, with a retail-trained AI engine doing the optimization under the hood. Autron is an Amazon-focused system built around two ideas Teikametrics does not have: an AI agent you can talk to, and pricing tied to the sales it produces. The right question is not "which has more features." It is "do you need broad multi-marketplace reach, or do you want an agent plus hands-off automation for Amazon." ## What Teikametrics is Teikametrics is an AI-powered marketplace optimization platform built around Flywheel, its advertising product, and ARI, the retail-trained GenAI engine it announced in late 2025. The core advertising mechanic is goal-based bid automation: you set a target ACoS, ROAS, max sales or max profit, and the engine adjusts bids across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display using your historical conversion data, search-term performance and time-of-day patterns. On top of ads, Teikametrics layers listing optimization (ARI Content writes and edits titles and descriptions), inventory forecasting (ARI Inventory predicts demand to avoid stockouts), and refunds recovery, plus Amazon Marketing Cloud and DSP on higher tiers. The reach is the point. Teikametrics runs across Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop from one interface, so a brand selling on all three gets ads, content and inventory in a single console. It is a serious, well-resourced platform with a long track record in Amazon advertising, and it does the job it is built for. ## Where Teikametrics is genuinely strong We are not going to pretend otherwise. For the right buyer, Teikametrics is a strong choice: - **Multi-marketplace breadth.** Amazon plus Walmart plus TikTok Shop in one view is its real moat. If your sales run across all three, that consolidation is valuable, and it is something Autron does not do. - **More than ads.** ARI Content for listing optimization and ARI Inventory for demand forecasting mean it touches catalog and stock, not just bids. That is genuinely broader than a pure PPC tool. - **A real optimization engine.** Goals in, frequent bid adjustment toward target across SP, SB and SD. This is genuine machine-learning optimization, not a rules builder you have to babysit. - **Enterprise reach when you need it.** Amazon DSP, Walmart onsite display and AMC integration come in on higher tiers, with managed services available for larger programs. - **Established and well known.** A long history in Amazon advertising and a large customer base. For a procurement process, that track record matters. ## Where Autron goes further Autron starts from a different premise: most Amazon sellers do not need a second or third marketplace, they need the daily Amazon work done for them and a way to actually understand their account. Autron delivers that in two layers. **Autron Agent is the part Teikametrics has no real answer for.** It is a conversational AI that sits on your full ads-and-seller data and works inside the tools you already use, including Claude and ChatGPT. Ask it why TACoS moved on four ASINs last week and it answers from your real numbers. Tell it to pause your worst performers or rebuild a campaign and, with your permission, it acts. Every write action defaults to asking first, and you can set any tool to act freely, ask, or stay blocked. Teikametrics' ARI is a strong engine that runs optimization, listing copy and forecasting under the hood, but it is not something you hold a conversation with inside your own AI client. Autron gives you an analyst you can talk to that also does the work. You set strategy through the goal and Pro executes against it, on a cadence you could not sustain by hand. Teikametrics runs a comparable optimization loop, but the operator interacts with it through dashboards and goal settings; Autron lets you drive the same loop, and ask questions of it, in plain language. Two more differences matter for the typical Amazon seller: - **It is priced on results, not on a percentage of spend.** Autron Pro is $150/mo plus a commission on the ad sales it generates (0% on your first $5k of monthly ad sales, then a small declining percentage), and Autron Agent is $50/mo. Teikametrics Essentials starts at $149/mo annual, about $179 monthly, for up to $10k of ad spend, and its Advanced tier adds roughly 3% of ad spend above that. A percentage-of-spend model costs the same whether the month went well or badly; a sales-based model only grows when your results do. - **It reads your whole Amazon account.** Autron works across Sponsored Products, Brands and Display alongside Seller Central sales-and-traffic, Search Query Performance, and inventory, so both the agent and the engine reason over your full account rather than ad data alone. ## Side by side | | Teikametrics | Autron | |---|---|---| | Core model | Goal-based bid automation + ARI GenAI engine | **Autonomous** daily loop + a conversational **AI agent** | | Best for | Sellers across **multiple marketplaces** | Amazon-focused owner-operators and lean teams | | Marketplaces | Amazon, **Walmart, TikTok Shop** | Amazon (SP/SB/SD) | | Conversational AI agent (Claude/ChatGPT) | No | **Yes: Autron Agent** | | Pricing basis | $149/mo+ then **+~3% of ad spend** over $10k | $150/mo + commission on ad **sales** (Pro); $50/mo (Agent) | | Data scope | Ads + listings + inventory across marketplaces | Ads + Seller Central + Search Query Performance + inventory | | Listing / inventory tooling | **Yes: ARI Content + ARI Inventory** | Reads inventory; no listing-copy automation | | Fit | SMB to enterprise, cross-marketplace | SMB to mid-market, Amazon-first | ## The honest tradeoffs No tool wins every case. **Teikametrics' limits.** The paid tiers add roughly 3% of ad spend above $10k, so cost climbs with spend rather than with the sales that spend produces, and reviewers note the all-in price can run well past the headline number once overage fees compound. The platform is broad, which means more surface to learn for a solo seller who only wants the ad loop handled. ARI is a capable engine, but it is an engine, not a conversational agent you can interrogate in plain language inside Claude or ChatGPT. And because it spans listings, inventory and three marketplaces, an Amazon-only seller pays for breadth they may not use. **Autron's limits.** We are Amazon-focused: no Walmart or TikTok Shop today, so if you genuinely sell across marketplaces, Teikametrics does something we do not. We do not automate listing copy the way ARI Content does, and we do not ship AMC or DSP tooling at Teikametrics' level. The Agent starts free (5 credits a day, no card), with paid plans from $50/mo and Pro at $150/mo plus commission. And we are a smaller, newer name than a long-established Amazon advertising platform, so if "who else uses you at scale" is the deciding question, that is a fair point against us. ## When to choose which **Choose Teikametrics if** you sell across Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop and want one platform to run ads on all of them, if you want listing-copy and inventory-forecasting tooling alongside the ad engine, or if a long-established vendor with managed-services options is a requirement. **Choose Autron if** you are an Amazon-focused owner-operator or lean team who would rather set a goal and let the daily optimization run without babysitting it, if you would rather pay on the sales generated than on a fee plus a percentage of spend, or if you want a conversational agent sitting on your full ads-and-seller data that can both explain and act. The honest through-line: Teikametrics is the stronger fit for a multi-marketplace seller who wants ads, listings and inventory in one console. ### Xnurta vs Autron: an enterprise retail-media copilot vs an AI agent that runs your Amazon ads — https://autron.ai/compare/xnurta-vs-autron Verdict: Xnurta is a strong enterprise retail-media platform with real AMC and DSP depth across Amazon, Walmart and Criteo, and an autonomous AI Copilot. For Amazon-focused sellers who want an agent they can talk to in Claude or ChatGPT plus results-priced automation, Autron fits better. Most "Xnurta vs Autron" comparisons turn into a feature checklist, which misses the actual decision. These two tools are built for different jobs. Xnurta, the platform formerly known as XMARS, is an enterprise retail-media console: one place to run paid media across Amazon, Walmart and Criteo, with DSP and AMC depth and an autonomous AI Copilot doing the heavy lifting inside the app. Autron is an Amazon-focused system built around two ideas Xnurta works differently on: an AI agent you can actually talk to inside Claude and ChatGPT, and pricing tied to the sales it produces. The real question is not "which has more features." It is "do you need broad multi-retailer reach with enterprise data tooling, or do you want an agent you can converse with plus hands-off automation for Amazon, priced on results." ## What Xnurta is Xnurta is a retail-media management platform that optimizes ads across Amazon, Walmart and Criteo from one interface, covering Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP, and an AMC Hub for no-code data extraction and modeling. Its centerpiece is the AI Copilot: an autonomous engine that, by the company's own numbers, makes over two million bidding decisions a day, handling bid and budget dayparting, keyword harvesting and negation, and rapid testing within rules and guardrails you define. The January 2025 rebrand from XMARS leaned hard into the "era of AI agents," positioning the Copilot as a digital team member that executes tactics, analyzes performance, and explains its actions. That breadth and depth is the point. If you are a mid-market or enterprise brand or agency running media across several retail networks at once, Xnurta consolidates them into one console with serious analytics behind it. It is a well-resourced, award-winning platform, and it does the job it is built for. ## Where Xnurta is genuinely strong We are not going to pretend otherwise. For the right buyer, Xnurta is a strong choice: - **Multi-retailer breadth.** Amazon plus Walmart plus Criteo in one view is a real advantage. If your media runs across all of those, that consolidation is valuable, and it is something Autron does not do. - **Enterprise data depth.** Amazon DSP and an AMC Hub with no-code modeling and custom audience creation are built for large, sophisticated programs that want to query their own data. - **A real autonomous engine.** The AI Copilot's bid, budget and dayparting automation is genuine optimization at scale, not a rules builder you have to babysit by hand, and Xnurta makes its decisions visible and explainable. - **Track record.** Xnurta has won Amazon's Technology Innovation Award two years running, and reviewers frequently single out responsive, knowledgeable support. - **Established and well-resourced.** A larger, funded vendor with published brand case studies. For an agency or procurement process, that matters. ## Where Autron goes further Autron starts from a different premise: most Amazon sellers do not need a second or third retail network, they need the daily Amazon work done for them and a way to actually understand their account in the tools they already use. Autron delivers that in two layers. **Autron Agent is the part Xnurta works differently on.** It is a conversational AI that sits on your full ads-and-seller data and runs inside the tools you already use, including Claude and ChatGPT. Ask it why TACoS moved on four ASINs last week and it answers from your real numbers, in plain language. Tell it to pause your worst performers or rebuild a campaign and, with your permission, it acts. Xnurta's Copilot is powerful, but it is an autonomous engine living inside the Xnurta console, configured through rules and guardrails. Autron's agent is something you converse with where you already work, that both explains and does the work. That is a different shape of product, and it is Autron's sharpest edge. You set strategy through the goal and Pro executes against it, rather than asking you to build and tune rule sets to get there. Two more differences matter for the typical Amazon seller: - **It is priced on results, not on spend.** Autron Pro is $150/mo plus a commission on the ad sales it generates (0% on your first $5k of monthly ad sales, then a small declining percentage), and Autron Agent is $50/mo, with a free tier to start. Xnurta's Lead plan starts at $750/mo or 3% of ad spend, whichever is higher, on annual terms, scaling to custom enterprise and agency pricing. A percentage-of-spend model costs the same whether the month went well or badly, and gets richer as your ACoS gets worse; a sales-based model only grows when your results do. - **It reads your whole Amazon account.** Autron works across Sponsored Products, Brands and Display alongside Seller Central sales-and-traffic, Search Query Performance, and inventory, so both the agent and the engine reason over your full account rather than ad data alone. ## Side by side | | Xnurta | Autron | |---|---|---| | Core model | Enterprise retail-media console + autonomous in-app AI Copilot | **Autonomous** daily loop + a conversational **AI agent** | | Best for | Mid-market / enterprise and agencies, **multi-retailer** programs | Amazon-focused owner-operators and lean teams | | Retailers | Amazon, **Walmart, Criteo**, DSP | Amazon (SP/SB/SD) | | Conversational AI in Claude/ChatGPT | No (Copilot runs in-app) | **Yes, Autron Agent** | | Pricing basis | $750/mo or **3% of ad spend**, annual; custom above $80k | $150/mo + commission on ad **sales** (Pro); $50/mo (Agent) | | Data scope | Ads across retailers, DSP, AMC Hub | Ads + Seller Central + Search Query Performance + inventory | | Onboarding | Powerful but a noted **learning curve** | Set a goal; Pro runs it, ask the agent in plain English | | Fit | Enterprise, cross-retail-media | SMB to mid-market, Amazon-first | ## The honest tradeoffs No tool wins every case. **Xnurta's limits.** The entry price (around $750/mo or 3% of spend on annual terms) prices out most owner-operators, and reviewers consistently note a real learning curve, an interface that is not always intuitive, and clunky reporting and rule-management workflows. Some users report that the AI's output still needs manual review for accuracy and that they hit occasional bugs. And while the Copilot is genuinely autonomous, it lives inside the Xnurta app: there is no conversational agent you can pull into Claude or ChatGPT to ask your data a question and have it act. For a focused Amazon seller, the Walmart, Criteo, DSP and AMC breadth is surface area you pay for but may never use. **Autron's limits.** We are Amazon-focused: no Walmart, Criteo or DSP today, so if you genuinely run cross-retail-media, Xnurta does something we do not. We do not ship an AMC data-modeling hub at Xnurta's level. The Agent starts free (5 credits a day, no card), with paid plans from $50/mo and Pro at $150/mo plus commission. And we are a smaller, newer name than an award-winning, well-funded incumbent, so if "who else uses you at enterprise scale" is the deciding question, that is a fair point against us. ## When to choose which **Choose Xnurta if** you are a mid-market or enterprise brand or agency running ads across Amazon, Walmart and Criteo and want a single console to manage all of it, if you need DSP and an AMC data hub, or if a larger, established, award-winning vendor with a dedicated success team is a requirement. **Choose Autron if** you are an Amazon-focused owner-operator or lean team who would rather set a goal and let the daily optimization run without building rule sets, if you would rather pay on the sales generated than on a percentage of spend, or if you want a conversational agent sitting on your full ads-and-seller data, inside Claude or ChatGPT, that can both explain and act. The honest through-line: Xnurta is the stronger fit for a large, multi-retailer program with the budget and the team to run it. But if your business is Amazon and you want an AI agent you can talk to plus automation that does the daily work and is priced on what it produces, Autron is built for you. If that sounds right, you can [create a free Autron account](https://agent.autron.ai/start) and upgrade to Pro from inside the app, or run a [free PPC audit](https://agent.autron.ai/start?intent=audit) first to see where your spend is leaking. ### AdLabs vs Autron: hands-on control vs hands-off automation — https://autron.ai/compare/adlabs-vs-autron Verdict: AdLabs keeps a human approving every bid. Autron goes further: autonomous optimization plus an AI agent in Claude or ChatGPT that explains your account and acts on it. For sellers who want leverage rather than another dashboard, Autron is the stronger choice. Most "Amazon PPC software" comparisons come down to feature checklists. AdLabs and Autron are better understood by one question: when the AI decides to change a bid, who does the work? AdLabs hands you the recommendation to approve. Autron does the work for you, and increasingly lets you simply ask for what you want. That gap, between a tool you operate and a system that operates for you, is the real story here. ## What AdLabs is AdLabs (adlabs.app) launched in November 2023 and is bootstrapped, run by a small team of around eight across five countries, led by founders Stephen Noch and Andrew Bailiff who also publish a well-followed Amazon ads podcast. It has grown quickly on a content-led, practitioner-to-practitioner reputation, and reports optimizing over a billion dollars of ad spend (a self-reported figure). The product's defining mechanic is the approval gate. Its Bid Optimizer analyzes your account and surfaces recommended bid, placement, and negative-keyword changes. You review them, adjust anything you disagree with, and submit the final set to Amazon. The algorithm does the math, you make the call on every change, and every change is logged with one-click undo. Under the hood it uses return-per-click style bidding, computes placement multipliers from the relative conversion-rate differences between Top of Search, Rest of Search, and Product Pages, and runs n-gram analysis to surface negative keywords. A "Campaign Map" harvests profitable search terms from research into performance campaigns. It is worth being current here: AdLabs is not a pure manual tool. It also ships rule-based Automations, an hour-level dayparting heatmap, and in 2025 to 2026 it added in-app Amazon DSP management with AMC Audiences (on its Pro tier) and an MCP integration that lets you drive the platform from Claude or ChatGPT in natural language. So the picture is a spectrum, not strictly "approve every bid." But the center of gravity, and the thing AdLabs markets, is keeping a human in the loop. ## Where AdLabs is genuinely strong If you are a hands-on PPC operator or an agency, several things about AdLabs are legitimately good, and we would not pretend otherwise: - **Control and transparency.** The approve-before-it-ships model, change logs, and one-click undo are purpose-built for people who do not trust a black box with their spend. For an agency answering to a client for every adjustment, that audit trail is real value. - **Analytics depth.** AdLabs lets you pivot, filter, and sort hundreds of thousands of rows without pagination, and it exposes a PostgreSQL connection so analysts can run external BI and custom reporting beyond the native views. That is unusually open. - **Agency tooling.** Custom white-label dashboards on the Pro tier are aimed squarely at client reporting, and the flat-rate plans are pitched at scaling agencies. - **A free automation tier.** A free-forever plan (Sponsored Products optimization, up to three profiles) lets a small seller automate without a card. Autron's free tier is its conversational Agent (5 credits a day); it does not offer free campaign automation. - **Operator credibility and support.** It is built by people who run real spend, and across its (still small) review base, support is the single most praised attribute. ## Where Autron goes further Autron starts from the opposite premise: an unapplied recommendation is worth nothing, and an approval queue eventually becomes an abandoned queue. So Autron does the work, in two layers. **Autron Agent is the part that pulls ahead.** It is a conversational AI that sits on your full ads-and-seller data and works inside the tools you already use, including Claude and ChatGPT. Ask it why TACoS moved on four ASINs last week and it answers from your real numbers. Tell it to pause your worst performers or rebuild a campaign and, with your permission, it acts. This is genuinely agentic: not a dashboard you read, but an analyst you talk to that also does the work. In fairness, AdLabs has added an MCP surface too, so it is not alone in offering LLM control. The difference is what sits behind it: Autron Agent reasons over merged ads-and-seller data and hands off to an engine that already runs autonomously. **Autron Pro is that engine.** Set a goal (a target ACoS or TACoS) and Pro runs the daily tactics itself: bid optimization on a roughly three-hour cadence, placement adjustments, dayparting, negative-keyword harvesting, and single-keyword campaign creation from your auto-campaign winners. You set strategy. It runs the loop you could not sustain by hand, every day, without asking you to click apply. Two more differences matter: - **It prices on ad sales, not ad spend.** Autron Pro is a $150/mo base plus a commission on the ad sales it generates (0% on your first $5k of monthly ad sales, 2% to $10k, 1% to $50k, 0.5% above). AdLabs charges 1% to 2% of ad spend on its metered plans. Spend-based pricing costs you more as your ACoS gets worse. Sales-based pricing only grows when your results do. - **It reads more of your business.** Both tools read beyond the Ads API, but Autron works across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display alongside Seller Central sales-and-traffic, Search Query Performance, and inventory, so both the agent and the engine reason over your whole account rather than ad data alone. ## Side by side | | AdLabs | Autron | |---|---|---| | Core model | AI recommends, **operator approves** each change | **Autonomous** daily loop, goal-driven | | Best for | Hands-on operators, agencies, analysts | Owner-operators, lean teams | | Pricing basis | $40/mo + **1–2% of ad spend** (flat-rate at $100k+/mo) | $150/mo + commission on ad **sales** (Pro); $50/mo flat (Agent) | | Free tier | Yes (SP automation, 3 profiles) | Yes (Agent: 5 credits/day); Pro is paid, from $150/mo | | Data scope | Ads + Seller/Vendor + Brand Analytics | Ads + Seller Central + Brand Analytics + inventory | | DSP / AMC | DSP + AMC Audiences (Pro); deep AMC limited | Not today (SP/SB/SD focus) | | LLM / MCP control | Yes (early access) | Yes (Autron Agent) | | Analytics export | Postgres access, white-label dashboards | In-app analytics; Agent Q&A over full data | ## The honest tradeoffs No tool is free of them. **AdLabs' limits.** It is not, and does not claim to be, a continuously-learning autonomous bidder, so the labor of reviewing and curating does not fully disappear. Some power users say as much, preferring to make their own adjustments rather than accept every rule. Its track record is short (founded late 2023, with well under fifty public reviews and no real G2 presence) and the team is small, which constrains roadmap breadth and enterprise support depth, something AdLabs itself concedes against larger competitors. Its Search Query Performance reporting is capped at 200 ASINs per profile, a hard ceiling for large catalogs. And the move to percentage-of-ad-spend pricing has drawn public pushback from operators whose spend spikes during tentpole events, which is why the flat-rate plans exist above $100k/mo. **Autron's limits.** Autron's free tier is the conversational Agent (5 credits a day), not the free campaign automation AdLabs offers; our paid plans start at $50/mo for the Agent and $150/mo for Pro. Autron is also a smaller, newer name than the enterprise incumbents, so if "who else uses you" is the deciding question, that is a fair point against us. If you genuinely want to approve every bid before it ships, Autron's hands-off design will feel like giving up a wheel you wanted to hold. And we do not manage Vendor Central, deep AMC, or DSP creative today. ## When to choose which **Choose AdLabs if** you have someone whose job is PPC and they want to stay in the loop on every change, if you are an agency that needs white-label client dashboards and raw-data export for custom BI, if a free automation tier is a hard requirement, or if you want hands-on levers like dayparting heatmaps and granular n-gram negation. **Choose Autron if** you are an owner-operator or a lean team who would rather set a goal and let the daily optimization run without babysitting it, if you would rather pay on the sales generated than on the spend you run, or if you want a conversational agent sitting on your full ads-plus-seller data that can both explain and act. The honest through-line: AdLabs is the better fit for the operator who wants to keep a hand on every dial. But if you would rather have an autonomous engine doing the daily work, and an AI agent you can simply ask, Autron is built for where Amazon advertising is heading. If hands-off is what you are after, you can [create a free Autron account](https://agent.autron.ai/start) and upgrade to Pro from inside the app, or run a [free PPC audit](https://agent.autron.ai/start?intent=audit) first to see where your spend is leaking. ## Articles Summaries of every published article (newest first). TACoS is ad spend divided by total sales, paid plus organic, so it grades what advertising costs the whole business. Use ACoS to tune bids and targets, use TACoS to set budgets and judge growth, and always read them together: the direction each one moves tells you more than either number alone. ### Amazon Put Seller Central in Claude. Here Is What the Seller Assistant Plugin Means for Your PPC — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-seller-assistant-claude-plugin-ppc (2026-09-28) On September 23, 2026, Amazon launched a Selling Partner plugin that brings Seller Central into Claude, in beta for US sellers. It handles listings, inventory, pricing, sales and customer messages, with your approval on each action. It does not manage your ad campaigns, so questions that connect stock, price and ad spend still need an ads connection alongside it. ### Prime Big Deal Days 2026 PPC Strategy: Your Discount Moves Break-Even Before Your Bids Do — https://autron.ai/blog/prime-big-deal-days-2026-ppc-strategy (2026-09-21) Prime Big Deal Days 2026 runs October 6-7, 48 hours with new deals dropping three times a day. A deal price cuts your break-even ACoS sharply at the same moment CPCs rise, so your normal target ACoS is wrong in both directions. Plan the 72 hours after October 7 as carefully as the event itself, because deal-day demand is pulled forward rather than added. ### Amazon Is Retiring Sponsored Brands Product Collection Ads: Your Migration Plan Before January 2027 — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-sponsored-brands-product-collection-sunset-2027 (2026-09-14) Amazon shuts off the legacy Sponsored Brands product collection format in January 2027, and since September 2026 any new product collection campaign converts to a Manual Collection instead. Existing campaigns keep serving until then. The replacement, Sponsored Brands collections, needs 3 to 10 ASINs and drops custom headlines and lifestyle images, so migrate on your schedule, not Amazon's. ### Amazon's Ad Auction Stopped Behaving Like a Second-Price Auction. Here Is What That Means for Your Bids — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-ad-auction-second-price-ftc-complaint (2026-09-07) On August 31, 2026 the FTC and 22 states sued Amazon, alleging an undisclosed surcharge on its ad auctions from 2019. The complaint says Sponsored Products advertisers paid their full bid about 80% of the time by 2024, up from 30 to 40% in 2021. The takeaway holds either way: your bid is not a ceiling you rarely reach. Measure your CPC-to-bid ratio per target and bid from unit economics. ### Your Break-Even ACoS Drops on October 15: The Q4 2026 Amazon Fee Math — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-break-even-acos-q4-2026-peak-fees (2026-08-31) Amazon's holiday peak fulfillment fees run October 15, 2026 to January 14, 2027, adding about $0.32 per unit with a 3.5% surcharge on top. That lowers break-even ACoS by roughly 1.9 to 2.5 points on a typical FBA unit, just as Q4 CPCs climb. Recalculate per SKU before October 15, adjust targets only where you run near the ceiling, and set a reminder to revert on January 15. ### Amazon PPC in Q4 2026: Traffic Is the Constraint Now, Not Conversion — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-ppc-q4-2026-traffic-not-conversion (2026-08-24) Prime Day 2026 inverted the Amazon funnel: US product page traffic fell 10.3% year over year while unit conversion rose 17.1% to a 20% blended rate, and brands that cut ad spend 8.8% held ROAS flat at 4.78x. Conversion is near its practical ceiling, so the binding constraint in Q4 2026 is buying qualified reach at a defensible CPC. Re-baseline ACoS targets against current conversion rates. ### Amazon Ads Campaign Manager: A Working Guide for 2026 — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-ads-campaign-manager-guide (2026-08-17) Amazon Ads Campaign Manager is the console where you create, fund, and report on every Amazon ad type. Since the 2025 console merge it also holds Amazon DSP, an All view across ad products, smart search, and guidance cards. It is a good place to set strategy and read results, and a poor place to run the daily bid and search-term loop by hand: it shows what happened, not what to change. ### Amazon Sponsored Products Creator Placements Are Live: What to Check This Week — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-sponsored-products-creator-placements-2026 (2026-08-10) On August 10, 2026, Amazon began serving Sponsored Products ads inside Amazon Influencer Program creator content. Existing campaigns were enrolled by default at their current bids and budgets. You cannot remove creator inventory entirely, but you can set each campaign to Limit off-Amazon spend, exclude specific creators, and negate the system-generated search terms they produce. ### Why You Should Avoid Adding Duplicate Keywords Across Ad Groups — https://autron.ai/blog/duplicate-keywords-across-amazon-ad-groups (2026-08-03) Adding the same keyword to multiple ad groups does not increase your impressions. Amazon serves one of your ads for a given shopper search, so the duplicate mostly splits click and conversion history across ad groups, which slows learning and makes bids harder to set. Keep one keyword in one ad group per match type, and use negatives to enforce it. ### Amazon's Featured Offer Eligibility Gate Is Gone: What It Does to Your Sponsored Products — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-featured-offer-eligibility-change-2026-what-it-means-for-ppc (2026-07-27) In July 2026 Amazon began removing the standalone seller-performance gate for the Featured Offer, folding order defect rate, chargeback rate and service complaints into one ranked score. Since Sponsored Products only serves on ASINs holding the Featured Offer, ad eligibility is now a contested position you can lose while Campaign Manager still reads Delivering. Watch Featured Offer share per ASIN. ### How to Choose Amazon PPC Software in 2026: A Buyer's Guide — https://autron.ai/blog/how-to-choose-amazon-ppc-software-2026 (2026-07-20) The best Amazon PPC software in 2026 is judged on four things: whether its automation genuinely learns instead of firing static rules, whether it optimizes to profit rather than reported ROAS, how much of your data it can actually see (Ads API only, or Ads plus SP-API and Brand Analytics), and whether it executes changes or just recommends them. Match that to your ad-spend stage before you commit. ### How to Read the Amazon Search Query Performance Dashboard — https://autron.ai/blog/how-to-read-the-amazon-search-query-performance-dashboard (2026-07-13) Read the Search Query Performance dashboard as a funnel. Each query row shows impressions, clicks, cart adds, and purchases, plus your brand's share of each. Watch whether your share grows at every stage down the funnel. Wherever it drops instead of rising, that stage is your leak: weak click share is a listing problem, weak purchase share is a price or detail-page problem. ### Amazon Negative Keywords: The 2026 Guide to Cutting Wasted Ad Spend — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-negative-keywords-guide-cut-wasted-ad-spend-2026 (2026-07-06) Amazon negative keywords tell Amazon which search terms should not trigger your ads, so you stop paying for clicks that never convert. Work from your search term report: any term with 20+ clicks and no sales is a negative-exact candidate, and recurring irrelevant words become negative-phrase blocks. Then automate the loop so it stays clean as CPCs climb. ### Amazon's 75-Character Title Limit Is Live: What It Does to Your PPC — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-75-character-title-limit-what-it-does-to-your-ppc (2026-07-02) Amazon's 75-character title limit took effect July 27, 2026, but AI rewrites roll out through the rest of 2026, so it is not a one-day event you already survived. Amazon says search and discoverability are unchanged, with item name and Item Highlights both search inputs. That covers search, not how auto and broad campaigns match after a title changes. Baseline your search-term reports. ### Your Amazon Sponsored Products Are Running Off Amazon: The 2026 Controls Every Seller Should Set — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-off-amazon-sponsored-products-controls-2026 (2026-06-29) Your Sponsored Products run on third-party sites like Pinterest and BuzzFeed by default, and you cannot fully opt out. On June 8, 2026 Amazon added an Off-Amazon ad serving column to bulksheets, so you can set Maximize reach or Minimize spend across campaigns at once. Audit which campaigns are exposed and watch on-Amazon versus off-Amazon ACoS separately. ### Amazon Search Catalog Performance: The ASIN-Level Search Funnel Most Sellers Skip — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-search-catalog-performance-report-asin-level-search-funnel (2026-06-22) Amazon Search Catalog Performance is the Brand Analytics report that breaks the search funnel (impressions, clicks, cart adds, purchases) down by ASIN, not by search term. It tells you which specific product is losing shoppers and at which stage, so you can tell an ads problem from a listing problem before you spend another dollar fixing the wrong one. ### Amazon Ads Unified Reporting Is Live, and Your Legacy Reports Retire December 31 — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-ads-unified-reporting-what-the-legacy-report-shutdown-means-for-sellers (2026-06-15) Amazon Ads unified reporting reached general availability on June 8, 2026, pulling Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, TV, and DSP into one report builder. The legacy Sponsored Ads and DSP report pages retire December 31, 2026, and any scheduled report you have not migrated stops running that day. Prune dead reports during migration; unifying them still does not connect spend to your real margin. ### The Future of Amazon PPC Is Conversational, Not Dashboards — https://autron.ai/blog/the-future-of-amazon-ppc-is-conversational-not-dashboards (2026-06-11) The way sellers manage Amazon PPC is moving from dashboards you read to agents you talk to. Instead of exporting reports and deciding what to do, you ask a question, the agent surfaces what matters, and — with your approval — it takes the action directly on your ad account. Dashboards still have a place, but they are no longer the starting point. ### Amazon's Unified Campaign Manager: What the Console Merge Means for Sellers in 2026 — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-unified-campaign-manager-what-the-console-merge-means-for-sellers (2026-06-08) Amazon's Unified Campaign Manager folds the Ads Console and DSP into one interface, with shared budget pools that auto-optimize across ad types and an Ads Agent that builds campaigns from prompts. It lowers the barrier to cross-channel ads for mid-market sellers, but shifts budget control toward Amazon's incentives. Use it as a faster front door, not a reason to stop optimizing to your own goal. ### Can You Use ChatGPT or Claude to Run Your Amazon PPC? An Honest 2026 Breakdown — https://autron.ai/blog/can-you-use-chatgpt-or-claude-to-run-amazon-ppc (2026-06-07) Yes. Amazon's new MCP server lets you connect ChatGPT or Claude straight to your ad account, and a general AI is genuinely useful for keyword ideas, reading reports, and copy. But it cannot safely run your PPC day to day on its own: no live data, no memory of your account, and no guardrails on the changes it makes. The real 2026 question is not AI or no AI, it is what you point the AI at. ### Amazon's Dynamic Bidding Overhaul Is Quietly Breaking Your Target ACoS in 2026 — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-dynamic-bidding-overhaul-2026-why-your-target-acos-is-slipping (2026-06-05) In late April 2026 Amazon retuned its Sponsored Products dynamic bidding engine to weight placement conversion probability more aggressively, and CPCs jumped 18 to 27% by category with no change to seller bids. Switching everything to fixed bids throws away the conversion upside. The durable fix is goal-anchored bid management that re-prices placements against live conversion and margin signals. ### Amazon Click Share vs Conversion Share: The SQP Diagnostic Most Sellers Skip — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-search-query-performance-click-share-vs-conversion-share (2026-06-02) Click share is your brand's percentage of all clicks on a search term; conversion share is your percentage of its purchases. The gap is a diagnostic: click share well above conversion share means a conversion problem (listing, price, reviews); low click share means a traffic problem (rank, ad coverage). Fix the right one instead of bidding blind. ### Amazon Advertising Benchmarks 2026: What Your ACOS, CPC, and CTR Should Actually Look Like — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-advertising-benchmarks-2026 (2026-06-01) In 2026 the average Amazon ad account runs about 34% ACoS, $1.13 CPC, 0.56% CTR and an ~10.5% conversion rate. Below 28% ACoS you are outperforming the market; above 40% something structural needs attention. Benchmarks vary widely by category, so compare within yours. ### Amazon Replaces Rufus with Alexa for Shopping: What the PPC Implications Actually Are — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-replaces-rufus-with-alexa-for-shopping-what-the-ppc-implications-actually-are (2026-05-25) On May 13, 2026 Amazon retired Rufus and launched Alexa for Shopping — an agentic AI in the search bar across five surfaces. Active Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns are auto-eligible in its results, so listing content is now a direct ad-performance input. Expect a 30-60 day attribution wobble as voice, chat and click conversions merge into one window — don't cut bids on the noise. ### Amazon Rufus Is Now Mediating 20% of Searches: How to Realign Your PPC Keyword Strategy — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-rufus-is-now-mediating-20-of-searches-how-to-realign-your-ppc-keyword-strategy (2026-05-18) Amazon Rufus reshaped PPC by mediating 15-20% of mobile searches, with shoppers converting at 2.74x the rate of traditional search — and Alexa for Shopping, which replaced Rufus on May 13, 2026, deepens that shift. Long-tail keywords (6+ words) hit ~13.5% conversion at ~$0.64 CPC vs $1.18 head terms at ~9%. Capture them with a three-tier structure: auto discovery, broad research, exact-match. ### Amazon Sponsored Brands Video in 2026: The Creative and Bidding Playbook That's Driving 2.6x More Clicks — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-sponsored-brands-video-in-2026-the-creative-and-bidding-playbook-that-s-driving-2.6x-more-clicks (2026-05-11) Sponsored Brands Video now drives 2.6x the CTR of static SB ads and ~58% of total SB spend in 2026 — but 71% of plays are muted, so your visual layer must carry the message in the first five seconds. Keep videos 15-20 seconds, refresh creative every 45-75 days before decay, and split branded defense from category exploration so their ACoS targets don't blur. ### Amazon PPC Campaign Structure in 2026: Why Fewer Campaigns Now Beat More — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-ppc-campaign-structure-in-2026-why-fewer-campaigns-now-beat-more (2026-05-04) In 2026, fewer Amazon campaigns beat more: splitting one keyword across six match-type campaigns starves each of the conversion data Amazon's AI needs to bid well. Consolidate into three intent buckets — Discovery, Harvest, and Defence & Conquest. Any campaign under ~30 clicks/week is below the AI's learning threshold; consolidating can cut ACOS 20-35% without cutting spend. ### Amazon Is Ending Your Ad Credit Card Float — How to Protect Your Margins Before August 1 — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-is-ending-your-ad-credit-card-float-—-how-to-protect-your-margins-before-august-1 (2026-04-27) From August 1, 2026, Amazon deducts ad costs directly from your seller proceeds instead of billing your credit card — collapsing ~60 days of working-capital float to zero and ending 2-4% cashback worth thousands a year. A $2,500/mo ad credit (Aug-Dec) only partly offsets it. Before then: audit campaigns for waste, model your new cash-flow cycle, and weigh Pay by Invoice Net-30. ### Amazon Sponsored Display CPCs Are Up 49%: How to Stay Profitable in 2026 — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-sponsored-display-cpcs-are-up-49-how-to-stay-profitable-in-2026 (2026-04-24) Amazon Sponsored Display CPCs hit an average $3.72 in 2026, up 49% year-over-year — but cutting SD is the wrong move, since it targets warm audiences. The fix is precision: split campaigns by intent layer (purchases remarketing 8-18% ACoS, views remarketing 12-22%, prospecting 40%+ judged on new-to-brand) and push placement bids toward detail-page placements, which routinely lifts ROAS 15-25%. ### Amazon Conversion Path Reporting: The Multi-Touch Attribution Insight Most Sellers Are Missing — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-conversion-path-reporting-the-multi-touch-attribution-insight-most-sellers-are-missing (2026-04-13) Amazon's Conversion Path Report reveals the full 30-day sequence of ad touchpoints before each sale — across SP, SB, SD, Sponsored TV and DSP — not just the last click. Last-click attribution flatters Sponsored Products and makes upper-funnel formats look like they convert nothing, triggering cuts that starve the pipeline. Rebalance budgets by path frequency, not campaign ACOS alone. ### Amazon Prime Day 2026 PPC Strategy: Why Your Window Is Shorter Than You Think — https://autron.ai/blog/amazon-prime-day-2026-ppc-strategy-why-your-window-is-shorter-than-you-think (2026-04-06) Prime Day 2026 is moving from July to June (per a March 2026 Bloomberg report), compressing the prep window by four to six weeks — April is your launchpad, not your planning phase.
