# Find Keyword and Search Query Opportunities

Ask the Autron AI Agent which search terms drive your sales, where your listing is missing the words shoppers use, and turn a promising term into ads in the same conversation.

**TL;DR:** Ask the agent about keyword opportunities or search queries for a product. It shows which searches lead to purchases, across the whole market and in your own ads, and which of those terms are missing from your title, bullet points or backend search terms. Search Query Performance comes from Amazon Brand Analytics, so it needs Brand Registry.

The Autron AI Agent can show you which searches lead shoppers to your products, and where your listing is missing the words they use. This is the data you would otherwise dig out of Amazon Brand Analytics spreadsheets — here it is one question away.

## What is search query performance?

Amazon tracks how shoppers search and buy. **Search Query Performance (SQP)** shows, for each search term:

- How often shoppers searched it
- How often your product appeared, was clicked and was bought for it
- How the whole market did on the same term, so you can see your share

It covers organic and paid together. Your ads' own search terms are a separate source: only the searches your ads showed for. Ask about search terms in general and the agent shows both and explains the difference.

## What are keyword opportunities?

The agent compares the searches that lead to purchases with your listing. If shoppers buy after searching a term that is not in your **title**, **bullet points** or **backend search terms**, that's a gap. Each opportunity shows which of the three the term is missing from, ranked by how much they sell. Filling gaps can help your organic ranking and reduce how much you rely on ads.

## How to use it

Ask about a product:

- "Show me keyword opportunities for my garlic press"
- "What search terms are driving sales for B07ABC1234?"
- "Which keywords am I missing in my listing for my knee sleeves?"
- "Which searches get lots of volume but I never convert on?"
- "Where is my impression share falling?"

"Keyword opportunities", "search queries" and "what are people searching for" all work.

## What to do with the results

**Update your listing.** If a high-converting term is missing from your title, bullets or backend search terms, consider adding it. Ask the agent to draft new copy and it checks the draft against your [guardrails](https://autron.ai/help/guardrails) and Amazon's limits before you see it.

**Turn a search term into ads.** Ask in the same conversation:

- "Start a campaign on 'minimalist garlic press' for my garlic press"
- "Add these three keywords as targets to my eco-friendly ad group"

If the ad engine runs that product, the agent gives the term to the engine, which builds and bids its campaign from its next daily run. A few terms show within a day; a list of hundreds takes several days, because the engine builds up to 100 new campaigns a day. Otherwise the agent creates the campaign itself, one keyword per campaign by default so each term's results are readable on their own. Either way it shows you an approval card first. See [Suggest keywords and targets](https://autron.ai/help/suggest-targets) and [Manage your Amazon Ads campaigns](https://autron.ai/help/manage-campaigns-with-the-agent).

**Block a term that wastes money.** "Negative exact 'cheap' on my garlic press campaign." On a product the engine runs, the agent can block the term across every campaign the engine runs for it. A negative you add through the agent is kept until you say otherwise.

**Spot new product ideas.** Unexpected search terms show how customers think about your product, and sometimes point to a variation or a bundle.

## Example prompts

> **Where the data comes from.** Search Query Performance comes from Amazon Brand Analytics, which Amazon only provides to brand-registered sellers. Autron collects it for your best-selling products, roughly your top 20 by sales over the last 90 days. It is weekly, and each week arrives some days after it ends — see [Data still syncing](https://autron.ai/help/syncing-issues).
