# Automate review requests

Turn on review requests once and Autron asks Amazon to invite a review after every eligible delivered order — the official, terms-of-service-compliant request — with refunds and cancellations skipped and a receipt for every order.

**TL;DR:** Open Settings › Automations, pick a marketplace and switch Review requests on. Autron then asks Amazon to send its own Request a Review message for each eligible order, 8 days after delivery by default (8 to 30). Refunded and cancelled orders are skipped. Each marketplace has its own switch; Company-wide turns on every marketplace with Amazon Ads connected at once.

Reviews lift conversion, and conversion is what makes the ad spend you are already paying for work harder. Asking for them by hand, order by order, is the job nobody keeps up with.

## What it does

Autron asks Amazon to invite a review after every eligible order — the official request Amazon offers in Seller Central, sent automatically after the order is delivered. Amazon writes the message; Autron only triggers it.

- **One request per eligible order**, sent the number of days after delivery you choose.
- **Refunds and cancellations are skipped**, so you never chase a bad review.
- **Every order is traceable.** The activity list shows each eligible order and whether its request was sent, is pending or was skipped.
- **It applies to orders delivered after you turn it on.** Nothing is sent for earlier orders.

## Turn it on

1. Open [Settings › Automations](https://agent.autron.ai/settings/automations).
2. Pick the marketplace. Each one — a seller in one country — has its own **Review requests** switch, and the page opens on the workspace you have open.
3. Switch **Review requests** on. **Status** reads **On for** that seller and marketplace.
4. Optionally, set **Send … days after delivery** to anything from 8 to 30 days, and click **Save**. The default is 8.

There is nothing to schedule and no template to write. Switch it off the same way; requests already sent are unaffected.

## Every marketplace at once

If you sell in more than one marketplace, choose **Company-wide** at the top of the marketplace picker.

- **Coverage** shows how many of your marketplaces are on.
- **Turn on the remaining** (with the number still off) switches on every marketplace that is off and has Amazon Ads connected.
- **Apply to all** sets one delay on every marketplace that is on.
- The table lists each seller and marketplace with its delay and its own switch. A marketplace without Amazon Ads shows **Connect Amazon Ads first**.

## Check what was sent

Under **Activity** on a marketplace, the counters show requests **Sent** in the last 30 days, **Pending** and **Skipped**, with a chart of requests sent per week. Search by order number, or filter by **Sent**, **Pending**, **Skipped** or **Window closed** — an order whose window for a request passed before one went out.

The Agent plan and Pro. Accounts that still use the older dashboard and had review automation there keep it — it is the same switch. On the free plan the page shows what it does and offers the upgrade.
